TOPIC: Does the Bathmate actually work?

I have been researching many different items and/or enhancements. Do this work good or can anyone recomend better product of same type and how long do the gains with this last if any?

It depends on what you mean by \"work.\" Vacuum devices certainly work in that they draw blood into the shaft of the penis, causing for it to become Erect and with sufficient time and pressure it will expand beyond it\'s regular dimensions. But I suspect you are asking if it works in terms of making permanent size gains. I\'d say for most people the answer to that is \"no\", but there are those who do report permanent or long terms gains. It\'s the same with Jelqing, Clamping and stretching etc, in that everyone responds differently.
