I\'m basically the epitome of average - but who wants to be average? ?
My main concern with any type of surgical procedure was safety/long term complications as this is still a very new space.
I prioritize my health and overall sexual function/performance far more than size.
Came to the conclusion that
HA was the only way to go - since it is easily reversible.
Fortunately for me I am a Korean American with a solid grasp of the culture and language.
Did some research and I finally found myself in Seoul the mecca of all things plastic/cosmetic surgery related!
I chose to go with JJ
Urology - you can find them easily on google.
I went for a consultation and the doctor addressed all of my concerns.
I was most concerned about lumps/unevenness.
The doc told me this isnt a huge issue for them - however they recommend patients stay bandaged for 2 weeks until the product fully settles. And of course refrain from drinking/sex/masturbation during that period as well.
Also any imperfections can be touched up after about a week.
As for the price they had a special October \'event\' where 10 ml of their
HA (which they claim is a 3rd generation formula that lasts up to 3 years) would cost 999,999 won which is about $900.
They recommended that I go with 20 ml for my first procedure and then go from there. They said theres no limit as to how much size we could add - as some patients request up to 60 ml over multiple procedures.
The price for 20 ml was 1,900,000 won which is about $1700 - a significant discount from other reports I\'ve seen.
So today was d-day and I was super nervous.
The staff however is very friendly and took good care of me.
Got a few shots of local anesthetic which pinched a bit but not too bad.
And the doc went to work and after about 15 min it was all over.
Felt a little pain at the injection sites when he started to bandage me up but not a big deal. They told me to come back in 2 days to see how its shaping up.
They also prescribed me some painkillers and antibiotics which I will need to take 3x/day for about a week.
Now Im back at my hotel and just chilling.
At the moment its all bandaged up so I can\'t see what it looks like.
Will update on Friday.
