I have set a date with Dr. Morales of Avanti Derma for the Utmost Package. I am so thankful for the countless walk alongs written here on PhalloBoards and the countless hours these guys take to answer questions to encourage the timid, paving this new frontier. To say I feel an obligation to pay it forward is an understatement.This thread is specifically for those who, like me, were not born with a gift between their thighs and have been hurt in the past either intentionally or unintentionally by this one nagging problem. Constantly being told it\'s not the size that counts but what you do with it that matters, and although this is true to some extent, there is only so much one can do. I have read and practiced along with countless technique books to make up for my inadequacy and found that once my woman is satisfied and warmed up, I can\'t feel anything sexually, so we end up in the same position that works, ramming as fast as I can to not lose my Erection. I haven\'t been successfully ridden since I was 19 and it was by a girl who left me for someone who was bigger. It happens. It\'s been 13 years though and I still can\'t shake this feeling of being inadequate, even to the point where sex is losing its excitement and just brings me down. I want my life back and I know now that I am not alone with these feelings.

That being said I have complete faith in the products and skills at Avanti Derma to help make these aspirations achievable. I will be posting my stats and pics over the next few days leading up to surgery as well as information of my overall experience. Thank you

Dr. Morales is a perfectionist I think (I am a perfectionist, so I notice the characteristics), just got thru with my second round today with her and Ian. I watched them both closely for their expressions during the procedure and noticed how often they would consult and make adjustments. She took a lot of time to make sure everything was perfect, often checking areas again and again. I could tell she was making sure to get everything as best as possible.

I am super pleased with the results so far. They was able to touch up a couple of small areas of concern from the first round results with Dr. C, (I am super concerned about asthetics even though I am looking for Girth) and they have been able to give me a lot more Girth so far.

It was explained to me if I was looking for Girth primarily that imperfections would be possible, I chose Girth. I am super pleased so far.

Dr. Moralas did my second session. And I\'m so so pleased with her work. She is really great. She was there observing for my first session also.

And she will be doing my 3rd session. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of her work.

I have my first procedure scheduled as well with Dr. Morales for the Utmost package. 11/20 is my appointment date. I\'m taking plenty of pics now before so I can always look back at where I started and compare to the new size. I\'m currently 6 to 6.25 BPEL and 5 EG at the base and 4.75 EG throughout the rest. If I pump I\'m easily 5 throughout my whole penise. I\'m hoping to gain as much as possible but I still want it to look natural afterwards. Idk if gaining .75 to 1inch is possible without having any irregularities. I\'ll speak with Dr. Morales about this and see what we can do. I\'m very excited and anxiously awaiting my appointment date.
