TOPIC: Getting the P-Shot injection tomorrow ...

Hi guys new member here. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up I'm getting the p-shot tomorrow. Mostly for Erection quality as i have trouble getting and maintaining an Erection during intercourse.

The doctor said that if viagra and Cialis work well for me then this procedure will bring me benefits as it's mostly due to vascular issues the reason why I have poor EQ.

I had a curved penis since day 1 and it is not because of Peyronies. It's just a scar I guess. I'm hoping this p shot will also heal and potentially fix some things that were off from day 1. I got curvature correction with Dr R in 2007 and that took away at least 3/4' off my length which I'm not happy about but at least it's much better now in terms of curvature. It's still curved and I'm hoping this shot may correct it further.

I'm not really in it for the gains but if I do it will definitely be a bonus. Especially Girth which is what I'm looking for. He said he'll also provide a pump so that if there's any chance of gains it will be maximized. I have to use it twice daily for 6 weeks. My current stats are 6' length and 5' Girth mid shaft. Base and tip are more like 4.75'. If I can get to 6' Girth that would be awesome! I highly doubt I'll achieve that with the p shot but sure would be nice lol. Was looking into PMMA and all but still not very comfortable with the idea.

Try 100 kegels a day ,you will notice the difference in Erection after 1 week .

So I got the p shot yesterday.

I had the harvest kit used so they took 60cc blood draw and reduced it to 10ml prp rich blood. Then they put the 10ml under some lightwave to induce some sorta shock so that the prp gets to work right away.

Then 4 injection sites one in the head two mid shaft and one base. Numbing cream was used I didn't feel anything other than a pinch. Then I was given a pump by Dr Kaplan to use since it has a gauge. Told to pump at -10hg for 10 minutes, twice daily for 6 weeks.

Doc was really professional and I felt in good hands.

So far my penis still feels a bit pain but not too much. I was able to go to the gym and workout and all. I'm using 100% vitamin e to help with the healing of scars on injection sites. Not scars but tiny holes which will disappear over couple weeks doctor said. So the combined PRP + pumping is supposed to maximize the benefits. The pumping hurts a lot at the base it seems like the tube pushes down on my pelvic bone. But doc said it's normal and must do it to maximize effects of the pshot.

Will keep you all updated if I notice any results as I haven't had any erections yet. I didn't want to disrupt any healing process.

No, he said this should be it. He also mentioned that most other clinics do 2-3 treatments because they use a low quality centrifuge and want you to come back, and probably due to economic reasons as well.

He said I should see effects in 6 weeks onwards. The healing process will take time to do work. I haven't noticed anything yet. The skin feels a lot better but that's probably because of all the lube I'm using for pumping and vitamin E for the healing.

The scars are slowly fading away.

On a side note - if anyone is experiencing ED like I am, there's also another non invasive therapy called GainsWave. Consisting of about 3-6 sessions it's supposed to be the equivalent of the p-shot. Let's see how my pshot pans out. I'll keep you guys posted.

So it's been nearly a week since the injection.

I've noticed much better skin quality as it seems to have improved greatly. I've also noticed a fuller Flaccid state so definitely some Girth gains of about 0.25' I'd say. Not sure if they're permanent or not but we'll see.

I'm pumping -10hg for 10 minutes twice a day so I hope this is going to increase the gains and with hopes that the platelets will work alongside to create some permanent changes in EQ and Girth.

I'm also going to add a condom rim to the glans to increase glans size while pumping. There's an interesting thread on thunders place where they discuss this and I really want glans enlargement more than Girth or length.

So nearly 3 weeks post procedure.

I noticed the skin Iooks and feels better. My penis on Flaccid mode looks a bit larger and again I'm not sure if it's temporary gains or permanent. Hoping for the latter as I like having a fuller denser package feeling.

I've been pumping twice a day still and added a small o-ring to the setup to improve and enlarge my glans. I can see it stretch so it definitely gonna enlarge at this rate. Wish I can post pics. I made a mark on my pump cylinder when I first started and now I'm almost half an Inch higher up the tube than when I started.

As for eq I can't say much. My erections haven't had any noticeable improvements but my doctor said it can take up to 6 weeks for the effects to kick in. So we'll have to wait and see as it's only been 3 weeks.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply.

So it has been 6 weeks now post procedure.

In terms of results I have not noticed anything noticeable yet. EQ is still about the same and all. Only thing I notice is the skin feels a bit better but that's about it. Also, my penis was curved originally and I had it straightened a few years ago. I noticed that this p-shot has restored the curvature so I'm a bit puzzled and not happy about it.

It's still only been 6 weeks so I'll wait a couple months as the doctor mentioned it can take a few months to take effect. If you really wanna do something I would recommend you do the shockwave therapy. Seems much more promising and less costly and invasive than the p shot.

Update Sept 17, 2018

So I forgot to say that I also took six (6) sessions of shockwave therapy, one per week and my last session was about 3 weeks ago. I think so far I'm liking the results of the shockwave better than the p shot although it's hard to tell which had what kind of effect. All I can say is that ive noticed betters erections after the shockwave therapy than after the p shot and I waited a while in between the two to make sure.

Up until the 4th shockwave therapy session I noticed no changes. It was only up until the 5th and 6th sessions that I noticed much better results. It's also because he started with low power at the beginning and ramped up towards the sixth and even the 6th wasn't full power. I'm going to go back for 3-4 more treatments at full power and hopefully it'll do the trick to giving me full restorative erections.

As of now I get morning wood more often and my erections don't die off as easily as they did during sex previously. It's not like I have great EQ yet but at least I can sustain an Erection for longer which is a huge improvement for me. Plus the shockwave therapy was a fraction of the cost of the p shot. I would highly recommend going through a good 12 sessions with shockwave than a p shot first. You'll pay way less. I paid $40 per session with shockwave therapy compared to $1900 with the p shot. Go figure.

So it's been roughly 5 months since my P Shot and Shockwave therapy. Overall I'm satisfied as my EQ has improved somewhat and it's better than before. I haven't hit the gym or done any physical activity which means if I'm getting results despite lack of physical activity it should be even better when I start working out again.

My recommendation would be to find a cheap shockwave therapy provider and do 12 sessions. The machine is easy to get and there are many people on classified ads providing the service out of their homes. Do your research and it'll cost you a fraction of what the clinics will charge you. Or just buy the machine and use it on yourself. You will need to study how to use it and the settings and all that though. Safety first!
