TOPIC: Snicker Doodle's PMMA journey

I have been lurking and researching for a while here and have decided to take the PMMA plunge. I am scheduled with Dr. Morales for July 17th. I am excited to share my experience with the forum so that others can gain some insight into PMMA.

I guess an intro is in order. I am in my mid-thirties and married with two kids. I am very thankful for the penis I have. With that said, I have my insecurities just as most men do. I want a thicker, fuller look when I am Flaccid. Thicker when Erect is obviously great too! I have done plenty of research and personally feel that PMMA, as an inert substance within the body, is about as safe as it can get. All procedures carry a risk vs reward axis. PMMA in the penis has its complications but I am comfortable with my decision based on the amount of time the substance has been successfully used. The JSM publication with Dr. C and Dr. M helped me form my decision; however, patient progress reports were the number one factor in my ultimate decision to undertake this procedure. Again, do your own research, seek info from credible sources and above all be skeptical of everything you hear.

BTW it is really difficult trying to take Erect pics with a phone in one hand and your Dick and a tape measure in the other lol.

So here is a twist...my wife has no idea I am doing this. She is currently pregnant so I am taking this \"down time\" to have this done. She thinks I\'m going on a business trip. I don\'t want my wife to think I am doing this because of her, she is very self-conscious. Has anyone else been in this situation? How did it go with your wife during your first time having sex post procedure?

Does anyone have advice on what to bring with me for post-procedure care? I am using the shuttle service. How is the border crossing? Has anyone used the global entry program with Customs to expedite crossing?

So, I am back home from TJ. Wow I can't believe it's over. I'm typing from my phone so this will be short. I know a lot of people have already detailed the whole process from travel arrangements to the actual procedure so I will just say that everything went extremely well.

The staff, Ian and Dr. Morales were top notch. I was SUPER nervous and when they took my BP it was about 160/80. The ativan wasn't kicking in like I expected so they waited, dimmed the lights and played some relaxing music while Ian did some aroma therapy on me. Whatever it was, it worked. I almost fell asleep on the table. Dr. Morales gave me 13cc of 30% and 8cc of 10%. I did follow-up with Ian later the same day. I then saw Ian and Dr. Morales the following morning. Ian noticed a slight low spot and suggested a couple more cc's to fix it. I was prepped again and Dr. Morales performed the touch up. In total I recieved about 23cc. Overall I am extremely impressed. I will post some pics later.

Its day 5 and the swelling is going down nicely. Arnica gel seems to work really well. My bruising is almost gone. I wish I would have brought the arinca with me. So far so good. I will post some pics soon. I didn't take any while I was in TJ bc it just looked like a water balloon. I have been taking 2,000 mg of vitamin C, arnica gel and massaging like I was instructed. I have also been using this roller for massaging. I read a lot about rolling for smoothness and I immediately though of this device I used in art class in college. It's called a brayer. They use it in screen printing to roll the ink flat. Its cheap and seems perfect for our purposes. I bought mine at this art supply store. They are around $10.

How exactly are you using the roller?

@blackmagnumxl: I roll slowly from just behind the glans to the base. I rotate from center to left and right then the underside. For a couple small high spots, I just rolled back and forth for 20-30 seconds. Before rolling I would do the massaging just like Ian showed after the procedure.

It has been 12 days since the procedure and everything is going well. I highly recommend the PRP and Arnica gel.

Here are my stats as of today:

Flaccid length: 4.5\" unchanged
Flaccid Girth: 5.875\" from 4.25\"

Erect Girth: 6.5\" base, was 5.25\"
Erect length: 6\"

The Girth increase is amazing, I don\'t know what else to say. My post procedure Flaccid is larger than what my Erect Girth was before the procedure. My Erect length is slightly (1\\16) shorter but this could be from not having a full Erection. I was at about 85% in the pic. My Flaccid length pretty much stays at 4.5\".

Some of you may have read that my wife had no idea I went to have this done. I had sex with my wife on day 5 and let me tell you, I was nervous as hell she would call me out and demand to know why my Dick was suddenly bigger. Well, I have to preface this by saying I have been on TRT (testosterone replacement) for about six months now and she has repeatedly commented that she thought my Dick was getting bigger from the TRT (I have no doubt it was just her perception b/c my erections were harder). So, we warmed up with the usual foreplay and she turned around for doggy. As I attempted to put it in, I felt a lot of resistance and some deep moans that I haven\'t heard before. After about 30 seconds of sucking she looks up and says, \"Hunn your Dick is getting huge.\" Ahh ok..it\'s supposed to right? She thinks it\'s from TRT and NEVER wants me to come off it. Two thumbs up.

So, all-in-all I am happy so far. I know 12 days is far too soon to call it a victory but that\'s where I am at. I have one very very minor high spot at the base on the left but it already seems to be evening out with the right side. I definitely notice the itching and tingling, hopefully it\'s collagen building up smoothly. I will keep you guys updated.
