Fermented food list? Any veggie you can think of can be fermented and different health benefits to each. Cabbage is easy to start for beginners. Tons of Videos on YT.. it\' how I learned.
Each every 3 hours. I eat every 18-20 hours... ONE meal.. maybe 1 and 1/2 meals...
Want to know more? Youtube Keto and Internmittent fasting... tons of science... and it\'s EASY. Don\'t eat for 18-20 hours per day.. Eat between 4-6 hours daily. Do research on protein.. the common accepted knowledge is all BS.... I eat 90-110 total net protein per day.. that includes protein from ALL foods... so it ends up VERY little animal protein....
I am NOT a bodybuilder! I do keto and IF to live LONGER.... I only workout 3 days per week 25 min. each workout... done... (that is not maintance program btw) and I do lighter weight... to save joints...... I don\'t have good genes.... I just follow the protocols ... 100% 7 days a week... wake and sleep same time everyday..... meditation daily..... etc... 99.9% of population cannot control themselves ... they must drink.. live a little and eat junkie foods... NO... I live A LOT by not eating crap.. foods... and fully enjoy being stronger.. looking younger... than any athletic 20 year old... people always think I am early 30\'s yet I am mid 50\'s... because I know I will die.. this ride is short... i want to stretch this journey out as long as I can..... 2 in 3 men are getting cancer.. FACT...
There is so so so much hard science behind NOT eating for 18+ hours per day everyday... if you want to look... and from bodybuilding perspective... it helps grow muscle NOT waste it away...
