First a disclaimer.
I can only describe what I did and my OWN results. These results may or may not be the same for you. If you chose to follow my instructions, you do so entirely at your own risk.
My
PMMA background
3 rounds. The last one was done late June 2017 with 30%
PMMA all round.
Girth after 5 weeks is 7.5 - 7.75\" at MSEG.
What I did
In a Astro\'s thread, he mentioned that he started using DMSO to \'soften\' his multiple
PMMA ridges with some success and so I decided to buy some DMSO gel to try out for myself.
My main issue was one small, rock hard, painful if pressed, 2mm
Nodule just under the skin at an entry point under the glans and several bands of raised
PMMA/collagen bands below the glans.
Items used: 1) 70% DMSO with 30% Aloe gel, 2) 1% Hydrocortisone cream, 3) Q tips.
Here are the sequence of events;
Day 1: Applied the dmso with a Q tip directly on the affected parts. Started to get a burning/tingling to the skin soon after and had to wipe off because it just got too much.
Day 2: Tried again and got the same burning and wiped off again.
Day 3: Bought some 1% Hydrocortisone cream and mixed 50:50 with the dmso gel and applied after my evening shower. Did not get the burning and went to bed.
Day 4: Woke up at 5am to pee and as a habit did a bit of massaging on the raised ridges and then went back to sleep. In the morning, to my surprise I noticed that the ridges were flatter than before. That evening, after my shower I mixed the 50:50 dmso/hydrocortisone and applied the same way as in Day 3 and went to bed.
Day 5: Woke up at about 6am and went to feel my unit. This time one of the ridges was more pronounced than before, but it was soft and I could press it down and it stayed down. As it was a Saturday, I was able to wrap my unit with some sports support tape to hold the
PMMA down and left it on all day. I also checked the
Nodule and to my surprise, it was not rock hard any more, not at all painful and really hard to find. I actually have to run a fingernail over to find it.
My observations
After treatment the nodules/bumps/ridges will puff up and must be pressed down otherwise they will get hard again in that position. I have a few areas where the ridges are still hard and lumpy, I will apply the dmso/hydrocortisone mix again tonight, but wrap my unit to keep some pressure on.
Obviously I don\'t know the long term effects of the dmso mix on the
PMMA/collagen, so I am erring on the side of caution and will be applying as little as possible on only the problem areas just in case it completely dissolves everything away and I loose gains.
