TOPIC: Ote123's PMMA Experience

Just got home had PMMA done three days ago from Dr C in TJ. This is my journey thus far.

Average guy with an average size penis. I was happy with my size when Erect but not so much when Flaccid. I did not and will not get obsessed with PE. I was not and will not be obsessed with measuring. I did some light Jelqing a couple weeks before hand but as stated not obsessed with pe. I didn\'t stretch I don\'t have a Penis Pump. I will be going off of what my wife and I are comfortable with. I maybe posting pictures.

I started my research three weeks ago. I looked at implants and injectables. I have no reason to increase length. I don\'t want a porn star Dick. Im happy with my Erect length. My wife is happy with my Erect length. Only looking for Girth. I quickly eliminated the Elist implant. It just didn\'t seem right for me. Maybe for others not for me. I decided after research online and here that injectables would be my answer. I then started looking where. I seen the Loria clinics but I live out west. I was hoping for California but have time and the resources to travel. I am 49 years old. All my research kept pointing to Dr Casavantes. After reading different threads here I would go back and forth. Ding Dongs story almost changed my mind. I took a logical approach to this and decided that I could always easily add but couldn\'t subtract. I then had to get past the whole I would be going to Tiajuana for penile Girth enhancement. My wife watches Botched and you see some pretty bad stuff on it and they use TJ\'s bad name to their benefit. So ok I\'m going to objectively look at this. I\'m sure just like everywhere else there are good places and bad. I liked what I found on Avante Derma and Dr C. I decided I was going. Now how do I bring this up with my wife? So one morning she was watching Botched and I just said it. I want penile enhancement. Just like she had breast enlargement I want pe. She was very positive and receptive. I don\'t know if thats good or bad. Oh well. I\'m getting what I want. She asked me where. Here is another roadblock. She really doesn\'t like Mexico not because of the people but because of the negitive press. The killings kidnappings that kind of crap. I say California. She says where in California? I say Baja California. She says what? Yeah TJ. I guess she really wasn\'t happy with my size or I am a better salesman than I thought because somehow I sold it.

Did I read that right? You just got home from getting PMMA done 3 days ago and you started researching this 3 weeks ago?

Congratulations man, I had the same philosophy about measuring and pictures when I was getting PMMA. It\'s going to feel like the first time when you try your new size with your wife. She will probably love you for doing this.

I wasn\'t completely in the dark with injectables. I have a friend that is a Cosmetic Dr. but for the most part yes. I go by feel in life. I don\'t over analyze anything and it has worked very well for me. I did my research and Dr C was the obvious choice.

Fours days ago I arrived in SD. Diana from Avanti Derma told me the driver would pick us up at 8am by baggage claim. At 8am exactly the driver called and was standing right behind me. Nice guy driving a minivan. Clean newer vehicle. He spoke perfect English. During the 30 or so minutes to the clinic we asked a bunch of questions regarding TJ. I can\'t remember the name of the movie but besides hearing about the donkey show there is a scene in an 80\'s movie where some teenage boys go to TJ in search of Spanish fly. That\'s what I imagine when I think of TJ. Well it\'s nothing of the sort. Over 2 million people live there. During the recession a lot of Americans moved to TJ because of the cost of property was so low. It\'s a typical Mexican city. No donkey show no Spanish fly. We got to the office building/hotel and dropped off the luggage. Went to Carl\'s JR across the street grabbed some breakfast then hit Starbucks next door. Then on to Avanti Derma. We walked in with a family with a couple kids. That seemed odd to me but they quickly moved us to a private waiting room. That\'s where we met Diana. She was great to deal with during the process. I love when people quickly respond to questions via email. She is on top of her game. While we were waiting which wasn\'t very long Dr C came in and introduced himself. I got a great first impression from him. We decided before coming down to schedule a few extras. My wife had lip/face enhancement by Dr. Morales all scheduled during my pe procedure. She did a great job. Dr Morales administered the lidocaine and performed the prp treatment for me and I wasn\'t a bit uncomfortable with her. Ian started with the ird collagen procedure beforehand and all went fine.

I had decided that one of three options would be decided once I got to Avanti.

I wouldn\'t like it or something wouldn\'t feel right and we would just leave.

I wouldn\'t feel completely comfortable and would get HA instead of PMMA.

Everything was fine and I proceed with PMMA.

I obviously choose the last option.
