TOPIC: PMMA and penile fat pad (behind penis base)

Anyone with PMMA have a swollen and painful fat pad after? I\'m around 7% bf.. I have no fat pad, but 24 hours post of it looks really puffy and painful. I almost can\'t see where my penis starts!
Could there be some product up in there?
Also if feels (could be swelling?) A little product at the insertion point of my testicles to my penis.

Hey, if you just had the procedure it is most likely swelling and fluid rather than PMMA. Depending on how close he got to your fat pad area with the cannula can cause a lot of inflammation. I have had all sorts of fluid pockets and freaked out in the beginning, thinking it was PMMA moving around and going to form an unwanted bulge - and it always went away in a few days after the procedure. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory - I would always take that. They sell it there in 600 and 800 mg pills for dirt. Take 800 or 600 for the next 2 days - and if you are still there call them back for reassurance.

I wouldn\'t know It got easier each time as it is the same stuff that can crop up and you get used to it and see it resolve itself and then it is easier in a way - I still have really dark feelings about the whole experience even though rating my dick on a scale of 1-10 I would say I got a solid 9 out of my trips - which is way more than I could have expected.

I had the same thing. Ian told me it was from the Canula pressure when the are doing the areas close to the base. I am 14 days in and my fat pad area is still a bit tender to the touch. It has been getting gradually better as time goes on. As well, the area between my Dick and Balls was a bit swollen for 5-7 days. This to will go away in a few days.

Doc says \"you swell more than most, you want a cortisone shot?\" I say \"does it affect collagen?\" He says \"yes, probably\" -- I say, \"Thanks but no thanks doc! I\'ll suffer in the short term to get better long term results!\"

I just want to jump in a time machine and go a head 3 weeks.
