TOPIC: 4 rounds PMMA, 1 silicone and thinking HA filler for glans? Any advice?

Hi. I\'ve had 4 rounds of PMMA and 1 round of silicone including glans enhancement with Dr C. All of this has been done over the last 5 years.

I\'m considering getting Hyaluronic Acid filler in my glans with a company called Moorgate Aesthetics in London UK as my shaft is a lot bigger than my glans. Not so obvious when Erect but very obvious when Flaccid.

Does anyone have any experience of Moorgate Aesthetics? OR HA filler in the glans generally?

It costs '300 per ml and they say probably 4ml for first round. So it\'s pretty expensive for a temporary solution.

Any thoughts or recommendations from people who\'ve done this or considered it?

From everything I have read on here over the years from the guys who have had it done, none that I recall recommended it.

Either they said it made little to no difference or there were complications. I am probably conflating different fillers with different complications, however. The complications that kittenpaste and smalljay had may not have been HA (search for them on here), but the HA guys were all nonplused by the procedure and thought it was a waste of money. I would say that $1,200 a year for a slightly bigger glans is probably not worth it since the track record is that you will not walk out of there being blown away - or even see any difference at all, and may even have a disfigurement. The glans tissue is so different from everything else in the Dick it is not a slam dunk. I think Guriddyupjoe who is no longer on this board had it done as well and I believe he told me also that it made no visible difference as well.

I used a vac Hanger that grips just the glans every day for a year and a half, and then on and off since then. Mostly off. It is basically a pump for your glans. I never measured my glans when I was starting, I never even measure my Dick Girth before my first PE 20 years ago as there was no internet site to share the info with and it seemed like useless info just for myself. However, I wish I did as I think my glans did get bigger over the years - but not dramatically - 10-15%.
