I'm scheduled for surgery next month. I am doing the lengthening procedure and doing the MAX PMMA of 80CC ...

Current:

4.75" EG
5.5" EL

How do I gain "permission" to see the photos?

You have to be a member. Also, I'm not sure who would ethically inject you with 80cc of PMMA. Is this a serious question?

thatfittguy87, if you mean that you will get that amount in one session, it is insane, unreal.
If they promised such a nonsense to you, the following are possible facts:
1) They are using silicone oil, and falsely representing PMMA. Still too much oil... way too much.
2) They are lying about the real volume to be used.
3) They don't know what they're doing; forcing 80cc of PMMA into your 5.5" average-size penis will destroy it.
You need to do some research on Girth enhancement before proceeding. You have a lot to learn before being able to make an intelligent decision.

Very happy with results. Only sign of the procedures over the past 1.5 yrs are very small marks from entry points. I'm using Metro cream 1-2 times a week to reduce. Tried using more frequently but it makes my skin too dry.

Keep in mind these are in HD images which seem to show little bumps far more obvious than in real life

I wish I could see those pictures. Sounds like all turned out well for you. I was thinking about get pmmadone over at SLE but it doesn't like to be as legit as Dr. C's!! I'm a large young man in my mid 20's and really want this done but dropping weight will be first priority!! I'm currently at BPEL 7.5' MSEG 5.5' with goals of 9' EL & 6.75-7' EG!!
