15 mL ? Wow - isn\'t that like $8000 for the product alone? I think that\'s the USA price, though I\'m surprised it\'s so much cheaper in Australia.

The main question I guess is - does it stay where you want it to stay? The penis is just such a weird body part... from Erect to Flaccid - I can see it completely changing shape, whereas PMMA at least creates your own tissue (juvederm won\'t do this to my knowledge - Radiesse does I think). Then again, I am still learning about the HA fillers. It\'s interesting.

yes it\'s expensive but from a business standpoint it\'s a money maker, so i will be the test mule again. 20 cc of juvaderm costs me ruffly $5400.00 U.S., plus when i buy multiple boxes allergan usually throws in a couple free boxes..

It is not that expensive - that is our price to do The procedure. If we can work a deal with the company we will look to reduce it.

It does not move around - basically it should just feel normal. PMMA, Radiesse, Ellanse are all \'stimulatory\' fillers that is they stimulate collagen production. HA will produce some collagen but not as the main filling action.

I think I may end up needing it. I discovered that my doctor literally cut chunks of PMMA out of my penis in the Flaccid state...despite me asking numerous times only to take off the hard outer edges an/or to do the procedure (or at least mark the nodules) Erect. When this heals, I think it\'s going to be worse than pre-op. I am definitely done with \"stimulatory\" fillers after this PMMA debacle. $5400 for 15 mL seems really cheap. I don\'t know the USA prices that well, but just based on Juvederm XC which used to be $700/cc (injected - not from mfr), it\'s cheap.

HA fillers r expensive, even for the providers.. that being said we have a line out the office door everyday for them.
i think being males men don\'t understand what woman go through to keep their looks.
for example the average woman seeking fuller lip augmentation will come to our office with a picture of a celebrity that has the lips she likes and wants.
she will ask \"can u make my lips like hers\".
some r blessed with a great pair of lips to start with, to be quite frank the procedure is straight forward and one and done.
but others may have to come back for a touch up.
there can be multiple visits for some because all the client see\'s is change, some come back and say i love them, i want them bigger!
what i am saying is don\'t be so hard on your selfs, we have never seen a woman with a perfect symmetrical face, something is always a little different. if something does not look right go in and discuss it with your doc and make it as best as possible.
woman get multiple procedures and it can take a few times at the office to get what she wants, because the clients can change their minds on what they r looking for.
so when it comes to Phalloplasty as with any aesthetic procedure u can count on at least 3 visits in general to get it the way u want or as close as the provider can make it depending on your starting point.
8k for a procedure may seem like a lot of money but divide that over a year, it\'s not to bad for the amount of satisfaction u will get and your lovers.
one last word of advice for those that feel like their cocks look deformed because of a Nodule or a bump or some irregularity that they r unhappy with, i had went to dinner with my wife and a couple of our friends, one being a ob/gyn and the other being a Urologist (made for great conversation). the ob/gyn said she had seen 1 in a thousand pussy\'s that was attractive and the Urologist had said the same thing about cocks.

Juvederm XC = 1 ml (comes in box of 2 2) - $621/ box (ultra - lip or ultra plus - thick/face) = 310 per ccJuvederm Voluma = $808 for 2 1 mL with lidocaine. = 402 per cc

So, Dr Oats\' procedure would be $6000 in product alone, in the usa at least...that\'s pretty steep.

Why hasn\'t the OP come back to update on his procedure? Is there ANY HA journal that is complete and not a lie like michefmaker?

For those HA prices, was that assuming high volume usage or just 1 box ? Asking because I\'m assuming doctors get a price based on EAU\'s. So I\'m guessing they may get it for even less say $150-200 cc/ml

Allergan has a tier system. If you order something like 20 ccs, then the next 20 ccs - a free box comes with (2 ccs).. then the next tier is 10% off. I didn\'t pay that close attention, but it\'s not as good of a discount as you\'d think - given the expense.

1 month update

After my 2 week check up i went for a touch up on sept 6th to see if they could put some product between the Circumcision scar and the glans as there was a noticeable ridge 1ml was applied it seems to be ok on the left side but not on the right i think this is due to scarring from previous phallopasty procedures ive had alloderm and FFT back in 1995.

Overall the product seems to stay in place and looks smooth no Nodule ridges or bumps on the main shaft although between the Circumcision scar and the glans will need some more product,the doctor did explain to me it is difficult to place in that area and for it to stay in place.
I have been trying to take Erect photos but i am having issues with Erection quality due to my age long hours at work and lack of sleep im having difficulty sustaining a full Erection while trying to measure and take a photo at the same time i might have to take a viagra pill so i can take a decent photo which i will try to do this weekend.

Last time I measured it was just under 1 Inch gained I used to be 4.5 inches now close to 5.5 inches I do have a photo of before measurement still hoping to take a photo for Erect Girth measurement but as I mentioned in my previous post I\'m having Erection quality problems so taking a photo while measuring is a problem at the moment.

This gives me motivation to get organise to post something around my experience.

There is a very interesting treatment using light extra corporeal shock wave therapy for ED. It is the only treatment that actually can cure EN (in 50 - 75%) not even needing viagra.
