Hi everyone
Last night I was reading through quite a lot of threads and I\'ve noticed one side effect from injectable fillers can be a pig in a blanket/hotdog kind of effect. I myself have a slight hotdog effect and I\'ve been thinking about ways to avoid this happening if I opt for some injectable filler in the future once my gains have worn off.
Am I right in thinking that this problem is more prevalent for people who have a loose cut Circumcision and those who have had a partial Circumcision?
Also am I right in thinking that one major cause of this is having too much material injected?
I\'ve also noticed people who have a tight Circumcision and those who are completely uncircumcised seem to suffer from this problem less, is this true?
In the future I am planning on have a single round off PMMA (no more) or HA, and I want to get it right this time with a natural appearance and no hotdog effect, I think the type of Circumcision I choose to have and when I choose to get the Circumcision done (i.e now or when my gains have warn off) will prove critical in getting a good result second time round.
Is it a good idea to wait until my gains have completely warn off before I have a tight Circumcision? I was thinking if I had one now it might become loose once my gains have warn off.
Also whatever I choose I will have a small ammount of material injected, I\'ve learnt from my mistakes.

Hi Reklaw, I think it is the fact that Turtling + any filler will cause that. When I had my grafts it never happened as they were complete strips. I don\'t shrink that much, but if I do I get that. I also think the heavier stuff on the sides would prevent that more. I will know in a day or 2 as I am having very heavy HA done by someone with much better sense than Mirza. Unless you have something to hold it out like a DFG, you will get some of that multiplied by how much you shrink and how much filler you have as it has no place to go but bunch up. I am still getting used to the HA as my Dick always looks a little different when I pull my pants down - which sucks, but I had such a crappy job it is hard to know yet what is from the product and what is from uneven placement. If I get a change in the next 2 days I\'ll let you know, I want it mostly on the sides and I am hoping that will help to keep it looking like a different Dick every time I take my pants off. I think guys with PMMA have posted about that as well - it seems to be pretty universal.

*fyi I switched from briefs to boxers and it made a big difference. Keeping it bunched up does not help.

For some of us who get Girth enlargement, it\'s an inevitable side effect of the process. This is especially true for those who get fillers... with every round your shaft gets larger but your glans remain the same size. The pig-in-the-blanket is even more obvious in the Flaccid state (even worse for turtlers). Something to consider when upping the Girth with each passing round.

The only way to mitigate the appearance of pig-in-the-blanket I\'ve noticed is having the practitioner (Dr. C in my case) craft a natural taper that eventually meets your glans. This wont eliminate the pig-in-the-blanket, but it can help.

It looks like you have a tight Foreskin which the filler made look worse.

Circumcised and uncircumcised guys don\'t have this problem because either they don\'t have any Foreskin or the Foreskin covers the glans completely.

Everyone is either Circumcised or uncircumcised so I am not sure what you mean as a lot of guys have that issue on this board. If you have a Dick that turtles it will get that look as it has to go somewhere so it bunches up. The more you have the more it bunches.

Thanks everyone for your advice, yes I think it\'s inevitable for people who have had fillers and I\'m a turtler so that probably doesn\'t help.
However it does seem to me that having a partial Circumcision or a loose cut Circumcision makes things worse (that just information that I\'ve gathered from people\'s experiences on this board) i think it\'s because having less skin near the glans doesn\'t allow as much product to settle there or to put it better having less skin (tight skin) near the glans doesn\'t allow the skin to flow over, so the skin isn\'t pushed forward leading to that hotdog look.
Anyway another way I\'m going to mitigate this occurring in the future is by having less material injected i.e 1 single round of PMMA (no more than 14ml) or 10ml of HA.
I think I\'m going to persue having a tight Circumcision and a Foreskin remnants Removal to remove the mass behind the glans.
All I want is a normal looking penis and I think this is the best way to acheive it.
Thanks for your replies.

I basically agree with all the above.

Too much volume in someone who gets a lot of shrinkage is most noticeable. Having circumferential filler done in lots of tiny passages so it gets well integrated does seem to help a bit in reducing shrinkage. But like most things, it helps most those who dont need that much help, and those that really turtle a lot are the hardest to stop.

Then we get into putting HA into the glans...

I generally taper the product towards the Circumcision scar so that it does not suddenly stop. But we do the HA injection with Caverject induced Erection so there is some change on going Flaccid.

So essentially if a guy turtles quite a bit like me, I am definitely a Grower not a shower, HA on just the sides of the penis would not be a good idea for esthetic outcome when Flaccid? A good friend of mine was going to go up to San Jos' and get a few ccs and try out this new doctor on the west coast, kinda like what hd did in New York.

Kinda odd he asked me to look at a website and get my opinion, basically see what I think the other night and it was PB...... small world indeed

Oddly enough, after r1 and r2, I didn\'t have that. I just had a bigger Flaccid. Then, when I had the mess from R3 and had some of that cut out - I have a massive \"pig in the blanket\" effect. Sometimes my Dick literally even like a ball.

PMMA will help the Flaccid hang more, but in my experience, if it is uneven or lumpy, then I think it makes everything worse. I am Circumcised...and also i had even more skin removed with the bad PMMA nodules - and it made the pig/blanket thing worse.

Oh - also using traction daily may reduce this along with 5mg Cialis for daily use. But, I haven\'t really cared that much about it to bother - and Cialis is very expensive

I believe you have some valid points. However, some of the pig in the blanket effect can be mitigated by emphasizing esthetics over Girth with Dr C and good after care. I have had two rounds of PMMA gaining about 1 Inch in Flaccid Girth. I am a Grower, but the pig in the blanket effect is only noticeable when sitting or very cold.
