TOPIC: 2 weeks post op bella and lig cut

Ok 2 weeks out. Pain was a little more than expected . Still pretty swollen. At this point looks like I am going to have a good bit of retraction so sure wish I could start Hanging. Nocturnal erections are getting less painful. Def can see the edge of the graft towards the glans, stops about 3/4 of Inch before glans , I guess I am going to have a taper. Not sure what my gains are yet , but ballpark looks to be about an 1 Inch midshaft.

Length is a loss at this point. We will see.

Thanks for starting a progress report and good luck with your healing. 3/4\" before the head sounds like Dr Rosenthal? I know he doesn\'t use an incision below the glans, so often leaves the graft a bit short. You can get some filler put in to smooth that out though.

Thanks yep you are correct, Dr. R. I was wondering the same thing since he no longer does the glans incision. Guess I will wait and see how things turn out, may not be as obvious when all healed. Not sure it will be as obvious with an Erection. 4 more weeks - seems like a lifetime LOL

I don\'t think he has done the glans incision in over a decade. I remember way back at the old yahoo surgical group the issue of the graft not reaching the end with Dr R cropped up. Maybe he started again and then stopped again. But it wont be a big deal anyway. Like I said, you can always add a little filler if it\'s noticeable, so there is a simple, low cost solution if it comes to that.

Hoddle never ceases to amaze me with his phalloplasty insight. And that Yahoo Group... geez. I remember how everything was so hush hush, and whenever some alleged new procedure hit the block, the Admin (Ken I think it was?) would make it even more mysterious. I was always annoyed with the forum... more hearsay than facts.

Yes I certainly appreciate this board and the feedback. I will hopefully update in a few weeks when I am a little further along.

So last night I had an Erection and I tell you what there is a pain on top near the glans where there must be a suture in there holding the Belladerm. It even pulls the glans slightly up, I sure hope this suture dissolves or when I start Hanging this resolves

Sorry to be so straight forward but pics? I\'ve tried the whole jelqiing thing and I think I got decent results but some loss of Erection quality and that\'s no Bueno! Thinking about surgery... Oh hope you heal very well and get Awesome results!!

Plan on pics when I get a little more healed up. I am about 2 1/2 weeks into healing. At this point I would say I got about an Inch in EG , but still hurts like a MOFO to really know for sure, and I have some def loss of length but then again I feel the Hanging will fix that once I can start doing that. I came down with the flu 3 days after surgery so I may be a little slower in healing.
