TOPIC: A recent patient of Dr. Elist. Had a Penis and Testicular Enhancement

Hi GrandeSurgery, thanks for sharing so far. I have been thinking about the surgery for some time but I am worried of the outcome. You\'re making it easier for me to go for it.
Just wanted to know if penis still hurts; is there a difference between erecting and Flaccid length? How long will recovery take before you can have sex? Can you share a pic of Erect state?

I believe the doctor said 4-6 weeks before you can have sex. The last couple of nights were the first I did not feel much pain when Erect (This Thu will be my 5th week). I need to check with the Dr. though I think I might be able to start slowly now. My size Flaccid is considerably thicker/longer, though Erect its a little thicker than Flaccid, though shorter than my original Erect. My understanding is that I need to start stretching now and in a few months I\'ll regain my original length and then an increase of about 1 - 1.5 inches above original length.. Depends. I will honestly report my progress on here so if someone else wants to proceed with this surgery will know.

Please do a search of the Elist Implant (using the search option) on this site. Afterward, let us know if you still think the decision to get that impant is getting easier.

Do you know if your implant is stitched near the glans? this is a very important issue and elist must have told you about it.

How do you think, or how did the dr scientifically explain to you that you will gain 1-1.5\" of Erect length? or Flaccid length?

You will need a minimum of 6 month to gain some of your Erect length back. I do hope you will gain all of it, but so far no one has, most permanently lost Erect length.

Hi .. I thought I\'d give another status update. I just finished my fifth week and I\'m starting my 6th. I\'m no longer waking up because of painful nightly erections.. Healing process is going well and I started my stretching daily..

I\'m not sure if I\'m unique, but I do want to share that my questions and emails sent to Dr Elist have been responded to very quickly.. at times he even calls me directly. So I\'m pleased with that aspect of it.

I do want to share with those interested in this procedure that the healing process is a lengthy one. I thought it would be a month.. but judging from how I\'m healing it\'s probably going to be several months. At least to my comfort level. I don\'t have any discomfort walking or working out ... the swelling has gone down considerably from shortly after surgery. The scar is still visible as hair hasn\'t fully grown back yet. So showering at the gym will need to wait until this is less obvious.

I will post pictures early next week to give those whom are interested an idea of what 6 weeks post op looks like (at least for me).

I\'ve been travelling and haven\'t had a chance to respond.

Your first question: I believe my implant is attached close to the head of the penis. I wasn\'t as thorough with questions as I probably should have (i still can).. so if there is something specific you\'d like to know, ask me and I\'ll make sure to get clarity from him.

Your second question, why do i believe my Erect penis will grow? Well, assuming I\'m doing the post surgery stretching properly and sufficient time passes (and no scar tissue holds the implant back) the weight of the implant should (over time) extend the length of the penis. At least, this is what I understood when speaking to him. I am very pleased with the Flaccid state. Though my Erect length right now is shorter than it was before, I\'m hoping to regain the original length within a couple of months and increase beyond that. It\'s been 6 weeks for me since surgery. My penis is still swollen, though much less than before. I\'m getting more comfortable with it, and adjusting to my new Flaccid penis and testicular size. The scar is still very visible, partially because my hair hasn\'t fully grown back. I will take additional pictures tomorrow morning and upload them.

I believe that it will take my body 2-3 months from surgery date to visually heal (swelling to go down and pubic hair to grow back and scar to be less visible). I think it will take an additional 3 - 6 months from that to regain my Erect length and then hopefully increase. I\'m pretty healthy so I thought my healing process would be faster than the average person, but I guess it isn\'t. I\'m planning on emailing the doctor my progress this Monday so I will also pose additional questions around regaining my original Erect length and then the additional length.

I do want to point out one thing. My responses from the Dr (and his staff) has been good so far. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response and I\'ve been getting calls when I send several questions at a time. This is my personal experience, and I\'m very happy with the support I\'m getting post surgery. I don\'t know how things will be in the future. If the implant will hold, if I will regain my original Erect length and the see an increase in length. Between work and life challenges right now, I\'m being patient with this process and I\'m hopeful this will translate to a successful result.

Regarding the stretching, I am using Oxballs silicone rings. I started with one ring, and now I have worked up to three. I wear them for about one hour a day. It is a slow process, but there\'s no reason to rush. I\'ve inserted a picture of the product. You can find them on various websites online.

I know it took me months to be able to have sex without too much pain. I still have pain now due to the stitching of the implant near the glans ( the implant was removed three years ago!!!!).
