 I have often read about this Dr. Elist on this forum, and he sounds like Dr. Frankenstein. Whenever I read about health care in the USA, I am always very shocked. First it seems very easy to fall victim to these kind of "doctors", and second once you fall victim, it seems very hard to find someone to help. By coincidence I came across a website about penile enhancement procedures in India (I am not from India), and it said that one doctor there has made a copy of the Elist implant! Truly horrifying.
