It's really a beautifully small incision. It makes the scrotal technique totally pointless, as the only advantage of that was the incision was less visible, but at the expense of the surgeon having less clear access to the ligs and thus increasing the risk of the surgery. I'd say Dr Heller looks like he does a very good job for those interested in the lig cut.

To be honest that does seem like you are more concerned with showing off you physique than your penis surgery!

Any chance of a close, more focused shot of the penis, so we can see the incision?
