Agreed. I had 2 procedures. I needed some aesthetic correction and wanted more Girth after round 1. Round 2 was successful and don\'t plan on going back--altho the micro droplets are tempting. I got 10/30 combo and glad I did.Have not gotten anything but positive feedback on the look and feel of my Cock since. You can check out my thread if you want more info.

On my last one in Nov. I used the esl-40 and it helped tremendously that night and the next couple days. I just took it off before the airport and used it after going thru tsa.
It really does help keep it stretched out and a better look. I didn\'t have to manipulate it as much.

I think this is a key component of getting a good outcome. You want to keep the penis elongated so the product does not bunch as it sets. Granted this is not the only factor, but I think it is a major one.

Yeah wade had to do very little manipulation the next day, maybe 2-3 min at most.
