I had something in my log like this - a couple months after R2. At the injection site - firm Nodule appeared out of nowhere, opened up a little (barely) bled a drop...gone after 8-10 days. Not sure if it is a FBG ... but it was fairly minor when it happened, though it was out of place & quite visible, as you say. I thought it was a clogged follicle or something at first. Not sure what it ever was.

I had something similar and showed it to Dr C at my second procedure. In my case it looked a little white pimple and was round. It was actually a little clump of PMMA (metacrill). It was painless and hard like a big grain of sand. It was not at an injection site. Eventually your body will push it to the surface and out. In my case Dr C burned it off. I have a small scar where he did it.

Yes, this.

I\'ve had them and still kind of do at two injection sites. Dr C explained that it was a little bit of PMMA that had pushed out and got stuck in between layers of skin. He simply burned it off with, for lack of a better description or word, a soldering iron.

Dwd I read a lot of your posts and I think you, like I was for awhile, are focusing way too much on your Cock. I see every imperfection I have, I see the slight unevenness here and there. Do you know who doesn\'t? My girlfriend who can\'t keep it out of her mouth. Well, she can only fit the head in but still. Other people simply don\'t see what you do. Start embracing that fat Cock and stop worrying.

Watch it, you bitch.

lol

Seriously though, for anyone who has read my posts after R3... the problems can\'t really be conveyed through words or pics. Even showing the Nodule removed in a jar of formalin still doesn\'t convey the fact it was essentially a rock that wasn\'t going anywhere and anyone who (actually or potentially) saw it or touched it in a sexual situation would think it was something very wrong (so I don\'t agree with thewingman, people aren\'t just focused on the size when you have bumps all over the place - and I\'m only 5\" Girth anyway). I still have hard spots in other areas, but I\'m going to try what hoddle and Red1975 did before any more injections or excisions.

haha yeah I was just giving you crap. but anyway - I 100% agree about reporting. We probably come from a like-minded background. I probably over-report & backed off the constant journal updates based on what S.O. and hoodle were saying. BUT the long term reports are incredibly useful ... or the weird situations like you posted or Red1975 posted might actually solve another person\'s problem too. I am going to do what Red did (along with hoddle\'s advice about dmso). So, yeah, we\'re sort of our own NEJM here...there\'s no other source.

Once the stitches are out, I will probably update again at 11 weeks. I can\'t wait to have an Erection without 2 little Balls sticking out from it. I once saw something (im thinking it was \"real sex\" on hbo - but i can\'t remember) where guys put steel ball bearings under their penile skin - for their pleasure (and i guess a woman\'s pleasure?) - but anyway, that\'s how this felt/looked. The larger nodules are almost less suspect than the small rounded ones.

It\'s interesting we both documented the same issue (or what sounds like the same issue) - the pic is like after my r2 at about 10 weeks in the journal. I\'m thinking it\'s not that serious - and the body just reacted to the PMMA that was in the skin, since it was at an entry site... but there wasn\'t enough PMMA to cause a serious reaction, maybe. That\'s actually another reason I wanted the entry site Nodule excised.

I actually have one of these in my scrotum. I wrote about it before, but it feels like a hard granule of sand or pebble. I know the Dr has said that this stuff can\'t migrate to your Balls, but it\'s pretty coincidental that this appeared a month after having the procedure.

Not to be an alarmist but get that checked out, it may not necessarily be PMMA-related. Considering the fact that the Doctor has said migration isn\'t possible, it gives you more reason to get it checked out... I wouldn\'t self-diagnose because of \"coincidental timing.\" Hope it\'s nothing at all, but let\'s be smart about our health

It seems like the granulomas only started when they stopped using New Plastic PMMA a few years ago ?

Bigben, my (major) problems only happened with Linnea Safe (formerly newplastic). Had some lumps from metacrill but nothing like my third round with Linneasafe.

I know and sorry to hear that.

I am just wondering if Linnea \"safe\" is really rebranded new plastic like the doctor says or is it something completely different. Or perhaps the manufacturing process was changed. That is the problem with using injectables from third world countries that have no regulatory oversight.

If you read the progress reports prior to 2012 there seem to be very few post op complications yet lots of reports. Over the past three years the trend had been more people having bad reactions to the filler.

Obviously the procedure has not gotten any safer and may be more risky than it was a few years ago, when new plastic was available.
