Just a breakdown of my adventures past and present. I\'ll also notate the failed first lig cut measurements 3 months post op with failed post op care. Also currently can\'t gain a 100% Erection so secondary lig cut measurements will be stretched not Erect until I can gain/maintain at 100%. I will try to keep it as detailed as possible with monthly updates and any questions you have are welcome. My personal reasoning for pursuing the world of enlargement is and always has been my extreme penile dysmorphia; onset by being somewhat of a porn addict through my teens and developing a complex over the years. It has gotten to the point where I have no desire to have sex at this point. It\'s also probably the main reason why I\'m having trouble gaining and maintaining erections, if the additional ~2 month timeframe for recovery I\'ve been given doesn\'t correct the problem than I will be seeking professional help in the matter.

History:
Original BPFL: 4.1\"
Original BPEL: 6.9\"
Original MSEG: 5.1\"

(Dec 2009, retraction due to inability to conduct post-op stretching required)
Post 1st Lig Cut BPFL: 3.8\"
Post 1st Lig Cut BPEL: 5.9\"
Post 1st Lig Cut MSEG: 5.1\"

Logs: (Surgery done Sep 2014, initial measurements taken 12/16/2014; got a hard ruler to remeasure rather than the cloth measurement I was using)
Post 2nd Lig Cut NBPFL: 4.25\"
Post 2nd Lig Cut BPFL: 4.75\"
Post 2nd Lig Cut NBPSL: 6.5\"
Post 2nd Lig Cut BPSL: 7.0\"
Post 2nd Lig Cut MSFG: 4.3\"

Updated 15 January 2015:

NBPFL: 3.8\"
BPFL: 4.7\"
NBPSL: 6.6\"
BPSL: 7.2\"
MSFG: 4.75\"

NOTES: I noticed my initial measurements were a little less than satisfactory than I would like as I was trying to master the holding of my penis, ruler and camera. This should explain the lower measurements in the NBPFL and BPFL as I took extra time to make sure it was little more accurate. And yes, I have not yet replaced my cloth tape measurement device; it\'ll happen eventually!

Currenty Body Measurements: 6\'1\" (73\") / 234 lbs / 18% BFP (-4lbs from last)
Approximately .9\" Flaccid and .6\" stretched hidden penis

Plans:
Continue to hang/ads until a total of 3 years completed or goal is reached
PMMA by Dr. C. (post 6 months of Z-Plasty, plan on doing multiple sessions at a medium cc count to try to optimize aesthetics over quick growth)
Z-Plasty by (post 1 year of Hanging/ads, undecided which surgeon as of yet)

Goals:
NBPEL: 7.5-7.75\"
MSEG: 6.5-6.75\"

Equipment/Routine:
Grip System Vac Hanger, 2 sessions at 45 minutes with 5 lbs
Grip System Weight Attachment Sleeve with Pulley Leg Strap, approx. 1-2 lbs for 6-8 hours a day

Photo Section:

December 16, 2014 to January 15, 2015. From left to right for all sets it will be BPFL, BPSL (later BPEL), NBPFL, NBPSL (later N BPEL) and MSFG (later MSEG).

Does anyone have any suggestions on the order in which I should proceed once I do venture into the ventral Phalloplasty and PMMA? I imagine the ventral Phalloplasty would be first than PMMA, correct me if there\'s a reason to do it the other way around.

I would personally recommend ventral Phalloplasty first and then PMMA

I have emailed the good Dr. requesting information on the procedure, cost, recovery time, etc. So whatever he sends my way I will post here.

I\'m also curious about this. I have a small turkey neck. It doesn\'t bother me much, but Dr. rosenthal pointed it out (though he didn\'t push for that surgury at all, so it appears he would agree). I hadn\'t thought about doing anything for it until recently, when I wondered if a \"scrotum lift\" could change the way I hang....more like pulling the scrotum back from the shaft. And, since I\'m getting PMMA soon, I questioned whether it would make a difference to do it afterwards.

Anyways, not a big deal for me. Perhaps once a good testicle implant (enhancement) is available, il do both at the same time....so, obviously, I may be waiting a while.

So first things first... dealing with the University of South Florida (where Dr. Carrion works) is a headache and a half. It\'s near impossible to get information over the phone. After being routed to 5 different departments, I was told I needed to register, than be sent to the messaging department and leave a message requesting the information. Without him contacting me there is no direct contact. Secondly, according to one person in one of the 5 departments, USF Urology doesn\'t allow self-pay... which is odd in my opinion since I can\'t imagine an insurance company authorizing ventral Phalloplasty, a completely non-functional, purely cosmetic procedure. I sent Dr. Carrion an email based on his USF email directory info, hopefully he just replies to that. We\'ll see.

UPDATE:

After doing some searching around apparently Dr. C offers Ventral Phalloplasty! Great luck. I\'ll see what information I can get.

Dr Casavantes, it\'s on his website under Male Genetalia -> Other Procedures. I called and Wade is going to be emailing me all the info I asked for.

Did you contact him via his USF email? Haven\'t gotten a response as of yet, seems super affordable for a fairly noticeable aesthetic improvement.
