Kyross's Journey 10 years 1 week ago #1285030985

I started my post here

phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/the...nt-6296789?&trail=30

Recap, I had the implant put into me twice and not satisfied with the last. I have a bulge underneath the right side of the glans where the silicone tore I guess and harden.

I\'m in the process of removing the implant. The following doctors looking to removing it.

Dr. Elist
Dr. Solomon
Dr. Alter

I don\'t trust Dr. Elist removing it but it seems the likely person. Sent the email to other two waiting for a response.

The future: After removal I\'m going to start hanging and stretching for 6 months and get pmma from Dr. C if i\'m a good candidate for it.

One question though, if anybody can help:

When talking about capsule is that the scar tissue or something else? Does need to be completely removed?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Will post pics and log.

The capsule is elist\'s deceiving name for scar tissue. It is my belief that it must be totally removed.

Yup, that is my thought also for a better outcome for PMMA in the future.

I\'m not an Elist fan, but to be fair to him \"capsule\" is the correct term. Yes it\'s scar tissue, but so are things like fibrotic bands etc. Drs\' just give scar tissue different names in different circumstances. Elist didn\'t coin the term, it\'s used by Dr\'s in general for scar tissue that forms around an implant. Plastic surgeons call the scar tissue formed around breast implants a capsule. I don\'t the think the mechanism is any different to that of PMMA really. The implant is like one massive bead!

I\'ve mentioned it before, but I still think a tunneling technique could be used to implant and inflatable implant, so a controlled capsule could forum. After a month, the air could be let out of the capsule and the implant removed via a tiny incisions. The penis could then be straightaway placed in an extender, so there is no chance of retraction. The patient then has to stretch for several months and should be left with the extra Girth from the capsule, but no length loss of curve.

I remember distinctly when I asked elist if the capsule was scar tissue he fanatically said NO and he said it was normal tissue and will not harm the organ in anyway. He also insisted that removing the implant will NOT do ANY damage in ANY way.....Of course at the time I believed him..... How stupid and desperate I was for a larger unit, thx to my insecurities at the time and thx to the women who said my unit was small....Fuckers!!!

Well, I have decided to have Elist remove the implant. I have already talked to him, Solomon, and Alter. Dr. Solomon said he can remove it for $6,500 and Alter $7500. I did have not talked to him about the price, will talk to him about it when I get there. Its going to be for free if not 2500 is my limit for the surgery fee. I just told him I want it remove due to discomfort and its not for me.

Now my question is the getting Kenalog shot a good idea or taking serracor which I read on TheDane\'s thread.

I have already got the andro penis extender and pump for weight Hanging before the surgery. I will also get the ESL40 after the surgery.

Hello all,

I have the implant removed... now I have a another problem scar tissue that stretches from my incision area all the way up to the middle of top of my penis shaft. I have been taking serracor nk for about a month now and it has helped a little

but the tissues is thick. I have been stretching using ESL40.

I have mention Elist of the scar tissue and he recommends Kenalog.

I have already search the forums about Kenalog and the question I have is... will Kenalog remove majority of the scar tissue or surgery a better route with a plastic surgeon like Dr. Solomon?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Usually, dermatologists don\'t want to mess with a scar until it has finished healing - up to 2 years, even. It really varies from one derm to the next and where the scar is. It may just fade on its own. You can try silicone sheets. www.walgreens.com/store/c/scaraway-silic...=prod6019237-product

Thanks for the reply, but I was talking about the scare tissue/capsule that formed on top of my shaft to the base of my penis incision area. I has caused retraction.

From another poster: phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/ken...ght=kenalog&trail=15

The scar tissues is not embedded to my shaft it just attaches from incision to middle of my penis shaft. Its like another ligament. lol

The pics shows the scar tissue/capsule.

If any who has experienced with Kenalog, would it remove majority of the scar tissue or should I just go into surgery to remove it?

Thanks for the help.
