TOPIC: bilateral orchidectomy with teticular implants along with phalloplasty lengthening

Am considering bilateral orcdidectomy & testicular implants along with penis lengthening surgery? does anyone know if they do this in thailand and if it is usually successful? Feedback appreciated

Are you meaning to have both testicles removed and replaced with implants? Is there a particular health reason that you would choose to do this? If not, I would highly recommend not going this route.

Unless it for a health reason, you will seriously be messing your body up especially your penis. First of all, it doesn\'t make sense trying to have your Balls removed and penis lengthened! Once your Balls are removed, your can penis will shrinking by 2 + inches, including width. I know what your thinking, supplement testosterone, but what happens if your lose Job can\'t afford insurance e.t.c? Also remember it can affect your bones e.t.c Also there no turning back if you change your mind later on.
