Hi,
I\'ve posted before shortly after my procedure with Dr C. I had 30%
PMMA injected. The results are mixed because of the following issue and I would really appreciate advice and personal experiences in this area:
Relevant background: Before my
PMMA procedure I had a dermal graft inserted and then removed (long story). When it was removed, my circ scar was cut open and then sutured back, causing me to lose a lot of the circ scar skin, and making the skin too short for the penis and the base to be covered by body skin snd scrotlal tissue the bottom. I also had a penile scrotlal web removed because of this issue.
I didn\'t realize this was such an issue before my
PMMA procedure. It became very noticeable when Dr C only covered the tissue from the original penis , leaving the base uncovered except at the very top in the suspensory ligaments area. You can see in the attached photos that this makes my penis look shorter especially from the left side (which can be improved) and a bit weird. I think Dr C was trying to avoid the scrotlal skin but the result is that my penis looks shorter with a very \'thin\' base.
I wanted to get another opinion so I contacted Dr Passy in Brazil (is anyone familiar with him?? Please let me np know if you are..). He didn\'t seem to think scrotal skin was a big issue and that he thought the base should be covered much more fully and not only covering the suspensory ligaments as is the case now. That would mean that some of the
PMMA would probably cover scrotal tissue near the bottom of my penis but on the sides there still is more \'white\' skin (see pics).
I would very much like to hear from anyone who has had or heard of a similar issue or anything similar. I am attaching several pics illustrating all of this.
In pic 1 you can see how the
PMMA does not cover the base of the penis, only the \"old\" base which is where a small scar can be seen.
Pic 2 - you can see what it looks like from the \'good side\'
Pic 3 - view from that top
Pic 4 - zoom out view.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
