It\'s not specific to one or the other it\'s essentially stretching your corpus cav. to its fullest by unlinking the fiberous matrix that lengthens during a an Erection. Everyone will have different results base on their anatomy. I seemed to have maxed out in the Girth dep the past few months but am on a new mix this month so well see how that goes.

What goes on those mixes of yours? Theres papaverine in it? Studing about ED injections i found that papaverine causes a lot of plaque formation! Talking with others users, they all said about the pain on carverject, I myself used it twice to do an eccodoppler ultra sound. It does HURT a LOT.

I don\'t know it\'s not disclosed... PGE 1 is the only component I know of specifically. There\'s a few different things in the mix. My injections and erections are painless. If you have pain that is no good and should re analyze what you are doing. It will only hinder future gains for you. Caverjet is essentially PGE1 on its own.

Congratulations on your gains my man. I\'ve been researching PE for a long time, and your experience gives me hope. I navigated to Dr. Adams\' website since I\'d like to sign up as well (if possible given that I\'m in the U.S.), and noticed that PE isn\'t advertised on the site - does a man need to contact him separately for the same (couldn\'t resist the Game of Thrones reference since I watched that episode earlier )? Do let us know.

quick question....can someone who has had the nebsit procedure do something like this or would it damage the operation/penis? i feel the nebsit procedure has stopped me from doing manual pe bc of the operation. PMMA seems a bit risky so im hoping this could be an option for me as i need length and Girth increases

I am really fascinated by this and would be willing to give it a shot. It is a little intimidating and confusing though. But if it can give 1\"+ length gains that is amazing. Achieving that would put me at my personal length goal.
But I had PMMA earlier this year so I do not know if it would be wise to venture into this territory. It is tempting though. Would just have to find the time to sit around with a 3 hr Erection...

No worries, yeah he legally can\'t advertise cause he hasn\'t done his clinical study yet. He does offer it. Give the clinic a call and ask. Never hurts, they are really nice.

Personally I think it would be fine. It deals with a part of your anatomy that is completely separate from PMMA (Corp. Cav.) and the only issue would be needles passing through the PMMA but I would imagine that isn\'t an issue. I would consult with Wade but I have asked him already and he said he would see no issues once you have recovered.

It\'s best to inject at night close to going to sleep. That way would will have your long Erection period while asleep and then subsequent hard erections up and down afterwards from dreaming. This is what Dr. Adams recommends and what I do 95% of the time. I usually try and inject before sex and that way with added stimulation you get the best Erection. Sort of peek and hold kind of strategy.

How long is the needle you are putting in your Dick? Also, do you feel the injections helped you getting gains or the cream?

You can use .5\" or 1\" 30g needles so very thin. It would pass through the cavity where the PMMA would be and then through the membrane of the corpus cavernosus, separate cavities.

The injection is the main part of the procedure. The cream is supplemental. Cream just help stretch out the tissues easier while the chems give you the Erection and extend your tissues internally.

How painful is it injecting yourself? You do this while hard, semi, Flaccid?

Damn, Id really love to do this. Id imagine its impossible to arrange internationally. I could definitely get PGE-1, but sounds like that alone is missing the key.

My recent guy is at a natural 9.5\" which is insane and has reactivated my desire to enlarge. I am however confident with my current size, and no longer jealous about it, but think a bit more would suit me ; )
