TOPIC: The Sketch PMMA Journey

Hi guys I\'ve finally made it to San Diego and found time to write up my report, it\'s been a nightmare for me to find time to write this report but I promised a few members I\'d log a report.

I was initially scheduled to have this procedure yesterday but i missed my connecting flight due to crazy weather conditions in the UK and was wondering whether the universe was giving me a sign or something but that was all made up for when my flight ticket was upgraded to first class for the 11 hr flight #winning

Anyways, the report!

I\'m a 28 year old muscular looking black guy, I never had a problem with getting chicks or anything like that, I think for me, the annoying thing is that I\'ve always been conscious about the thickness of my Dick. Erect I\'m 7 inches long and EG is 4.5 to 4.7 on a good day. When I stand naked and look at myself in the mirror I feel like my Dick isn\'t proportionate to my size, and it\'s somewhat put me off standing naked in front of girls even if I\'ve just blown their mind from sex. My Flaccid stats also piss me off as I\'m a Grower, and at 4 inches in Flaccid length, my Dick looks like its shrivelled up against my big body.

I\'ve also had the comments from girls that almost everyone else here has had, long and skinny etc... That hasn\'t really bothered me as I\'ve found that when my EQ and stamina are on point, i get the job done WELL!

So what brings me to PMMA....

I\'ve been researching ways to increase my Girth for years and was strongly considering the FFT surgery with Dr V in London but then decided against it when I discovered PMMA!! I\'ve been reading a shit load of reports on it, both on here and on the previous site, I think there were about 135 pages or so, I\'ve read the articles and other forums like MMa etc. so I think I\'m well versed in the complications of the procedure and after considering it, I\'m now here in San Diego!!!!!!!!

What I expect to get from it.....

The main thing I\'ve noticed on here is that everyone (not forgetting the horror stories) that has had this surgery or procedure seems to get a massive confidence boost. I\'ve met people on here that have only just reached a 4.5EG and the way they talk about their new unit is simply exhilarating and also amazing to see how happy they are. I\'m certain this would also be a game changer for me and my overall goal is to maybe reach 6 Inch (max 6.5) over a couple safe rounds. It would also be nice to get a thicker looking Flaccid unit, even if it doesn\'t hang lower, it would at least look thick and proportionate against my body

I\'ve uploaded some before pictures and can\'t wait to see the end result. In terms of what I\'m going for with Dr C, I\'m planning to be as safe as possible but I will try to push to the limit. I reckon 10% with max volume should be satisfying for a first round trip. Costs so far including flights and hotel and surgery come to just '4500 so I kinda need to make the most of it!!!

So then, wish me luck guys, by 3pm this afternoon i\'ll be a new man.....

Thanks guys, really appreciate the support. I\'m surprised at how calm I am right now, it feels like I\'m going to the dentist for a check up or something...

This experience has been AMAZING!!!

I can\'t begin to describe how happy I am right now and I\'ve not even used my new unit yet haha. The team... First off Dr. C, Wade and Mel are really cool people. I felt like I had met some long lost friends or something cos we got on so well. Especially Wade and Dr. C. There clinic was really clean and professional and I truly felt like I was getting the celebrity treatment or something it was surreal.

The procedure...

After they injected the anaesthetic I was like SHIT I can\'t feel my Dick!!! And then I watch as Dr. C filled me up. He used entry points all over my Dick and not just the base as I hear some people got. In total I got 24ccs, 8cc\'s at10% and 16cc\'s at 30%. I know I did say I was going to go for the 10% but after talking with Wade initially he pointed out that my Dick was perfect for the 30% and that they would see how the cannula acted when they got into my penis. Apparently the cannula can react differently when inserted, can\'t remember what exact word he used but if the surface along the penis shaft is not smooth then 30% would be a bad idea as they would not be able to place it smoothly across the shaft.

The aftercare.....

It took awhile for me to get home after the procedure, there was a little hiccup with the shuttle service and I was taken a different route to get back into states because the normal boarder had a 3 hr wait time. So I sort of hung around till 6( my procedure was at 3). Wade kindly gave me a quick check up before I left and also said he\'d stop by my hotel in the morning on his way to work, that was really nice of him. When I eventually got back to my room, I popped the Cialis and tried to massage my unit with the gel but it stung like hell!! It felt like I was dabbing myself with alcohol and the pain didnt go away. So for about 2hours I lay in bed allowing the breeze to cool my Dick down. It was basically my entry points, my poor penis couldn\'t tolerate the stinging.

I sleept for about two hours and woke up with this massive Erect thing between my legs and I was like \"okay, it\'s ready to go!!!\" So I got the gel out again and this time it was manageable and massaged the hell out of it. I couldn\'t see any nodules forming or any bumps so I was about concerned that I wasn\'t doing it right but it all looked okay. As I said earlier, Wade came to see me in the morning (19hours after the procedure) and said it looked perfect, pointed out my circular ring and asked me to give that bit some attention and that was it. I don\'t think I had that much swelling either or brushing, maybe because I\'m black and it doesn\'t show, who know... Lol!

The outcome....

My penis is FAT!!!! Obviously this isn\'t going to be the end result but it sure does look good, Wade reckons I\'d get just under an Inch but I\'m not getting my hopes up. I haven\'t measured it yet but it\'s looking thick both in Flaccid and Erect state and I\'m hoping I can get a 0.5 increase but we\'ll see... Pictures... I\'ve taken a shit load of pictures but can\'t transfer them to my ipad from my blackberry. When I get home on Monday morning, I\'ll upload them then.

I noticed a little retraction and used the stretcher to stop it I\'d recommend it if you have retraction issues.

Good result! looks great so far.
1) What are your initial measurements, post op?
2) Where did you get the stretcher? Do they sell them at the office? - I don\'t own one yet.

Massive Girth you\'ve got there now. Looks very natural result. I am guessing you\'re close to 6\" ? I think it stays swollen for a while, then it will subside, but then some will come back with collagen after 6 weeks.
