hey guys,
I\'m heading to a
Urologist tomorrow to hopefully figure out whats going on and I also have a progress thread that shows you some of my journey, although I\'m wondering if any of the knowledgeable folk here (who know more about
PMMA than most doctors)would have any ideas of what this discoloration/black dots on my glans issue could be. I will provide a brief summary of what has happened since my
PMMA procedure 3 months ago with 30%
PMMA:
Starting stats 5.5inch EL, 4.5inch EG.
March 15 - had first procedure.26cc of 30% and 6 cc 10%.
Major swelling followed (almost half the penis was
Foreskin at one point)(ibuprofen helped)
1 week later:yellow fungal infection all over tongue and penis glans
2 weeks later:get STD test, everything fine.
2-3 weeks later, notice ulcer like bumps under
Foreskin and also the penis glans are turning a greyish whitish color with black dots on the tip forming. Also experiencing a pressure like feeling in the glans and inflammation/warmth of entire penis.
Ever since then, I have had inflammation and a pressure like irritation of the penis and also the testicles.(along with some body inflammation/tingles and clumps/lumps also). The inflammation and pain seems to come and go in verocity, it is okay now although for the past 6 days straight it was a chronic like pain that made me just want this
PMMA removed no matter the cost.(a 13 hour plane flight may have made it worse).
Now my concern is and has been mostly this discoloration and black dots on the glans. It is no longer its pre
PMMA pinkish color and has turned a mostly grey wishy washy colour, with black/lump dots which seem to be getting larger and spreading. Its strange as I still have a little \'pink\' left on the glans where the
Foreskin is covering it.
I have been to my local doctor and he said the black dots are a concern and it looks like a foreign body reaction and the immune system launching an attack.
Forgive me if I haven\'t explained this very well.
I think obviously with the fungal infection, constant warmth there has been an immune response that will hopefully subside, although these black dots/discoloration of the glans has me concerned, especially if they keep spreading, as well as the pain.
Here are a couple of photos.
Thanks and also a big thankyou to members such as Darkstaff, Hunkchunk,CHL,smartman, willtravel, miracle, olafspo, and others on this great forum for all their support.
Any ideas?
