Thanks Wingman, but I already booked to arrive a day early... where were you 3 weeks ago when I was asking everyone what\'s good idea, lol? I got advice on this forum from post replies, instant messaging and PM\'s from dudes that have done it and you\'re the first to think my original plan of arriving from Australia, driving to SD and then commuting to TJ for the same day procedure was a good one.

Even the staff at Avanti Derma thought doing all the travelling on the same day of the procedure was a bad idea but exactly like you say, the extra day of rest time seemed worth it

I\'m spending the first night in a TJ hotel so i don\'t have to crush my Dick in the shuttle for 3 hours immediately after the procedure. Also, I plan to visit the clinic on the 2nd morning after the procedure for a quick check up before taking the shuttle back into SD.

I\'m really hoping for gains greater than 1/2 Inch.. my starting Girth is 4\" anything less than 1/2\" still leaves me below the lower end of average.

The Cialis took along time to have an effect, maybe 2 hours. It seems to be working but if I stop touching my Dick it goes soft.

Put the tape around and I\'m about 5.4\", feels and looks a lot different to 4\" but we\'ll see what it is when it settles.
