Well, here we go!

Hey guys. After creeping on your message boards for about a year, I finally decided to pull the trigger and make my appointment with Dr. C. I\'ll be crossing the border on Thursday (April 4)!

Before I start my Girth adventure, I wanted to say thanks to everyone on here who has been brave enough and honest enough to share their experiences, thoughts, concerns, and problems. It\'s really helped my decision to go through with this procedure and makes me feel like I\'m not jumping into this quite so blindly.

Here\'s my starting stats:
BEG: 4.5
MSEG: 4.5
Behind Glans: 4 1/8
NBPEL: 5.5

I really hope to be modest about this whole thing. I\'m well aware than because my Dick isn\'t that long, I\'ll never have a Girth more than 6. It\'s just not practical, esthetically speaking - especially since my glans is only just slightly larger than my current Girth, I don\'t have a lot of room to grow without making it look unnatural. So I\'m aiming for something around 5 1/4. If I can get to that I\'ll be totally satisfied. I guess we\'ll see what Dr. C\'s suggestions are.

Anyway, for those who are interested, here\'s my 411.

I\'ve always been self conscious of my Dick size. As a gay man in my thirties, I\'ve seen a lot of dicks - and believe me when I tell you, 99 percent of the time, the guy I\'m with is thicker than me. The funny thing is, I\'ve had ample sexual partners and several long term relationships and all together a really satisfactory sex life, but despite all that, I\'m still self conscious. I\'m not sure why that is. Too much porn? Or maybe since I\'m always the top in the relationship, I just hate being the one with the smaller Dick? Whatever the reason, I\'ve wanted a thicker Dick for as long as I can remember.

So I\'m really excited, but at the same time really anxious about the procedure.

I\'m following a lot of members\' suggestions for pre-procedure stuff - I picked up collagen supplements and will get some arnica gel this week.

Any other suggestions/tips/advice before the big day would be much appreciated!

Being anxious about the procedure is quite normal. They will give you an Ativan if you want one. I took one. The procedure is not bad at all as others have reported. I didn\'t watch though, no interest in seeing that. Your goal of 5.25\" is the same as mine was pre-procedure. You should get it or real close on your first session. I believe that edging for close to month helped out my result. Kept it showing and plump as possible for the session and help keep the PMMA in place afterwards. I edged all the way through my first week post procedure as well. Went over the edge for the first time in a month just a few days ago. Ahh...

If you have never had Cialis before...Look out! ...WOW!!! It was my first experience with it.

You mentioned as a gay male you\'ve seen your fair share of penises. It would be interesting to get your perspective of what the majority of your partners have been size wise. Also, how many we\'re above 8\" in length and 6\" in Girth. If you\'re willing to share...

@rocker: Thanks for the advice, dude. I never though about edging to stay fuller for the procedure, but that\'s a great idea and makes sense...easier to work with if you\'re at maximum capacity, right? But damn, I don\'t know how you managed to edge a full month straight! That\'s some will power. But I\'m gonna implement that over the next few days. Hopefully be plump for Thurs.
As for the Cialis, yeah I\'ve used it recreationally before. It\'s crazy, right? Hard as steel.

@Justadude: Yeah, I have seen a lot and from my personal experience - and please note, this is just my experience - a lot of the studies and reports on penis size are reporting average lengths and girths on the conservative side - there are a lot of big dicks out there. First off, at 5.5 length, I\'d say 60-70 percent of my partners have been longer than me - I\'m not saying everyone had an 8 Inch Dick, but I\'d say most guys I\'ve seen fall somewhere between 6-7 inches.

As for Girth, at 4.5, I\'m decidedly smaller than nearly every partner I\'ve had. I\'d say most are closer to 5, 5.25.

As for your question about longer than 8 and thicker than 6, just one. One very lucky guy....funny thing is, he hated it! He was a bottom, but once guys found out about him, they all wanted him to be the top. So I guess the grass is always, greener, right? lol. So, yes anyone in that size vicinity definitely has a rare Cock.

I honestly believe the edging helped my result a lot pre and post. I barely massaged the way they said to as things looked and felt like they should to me. I was told to massage the imperfections but there really weren\'t any. I honestly couldn\'t even feel what was PMMA. Everything was packed in pretty tight. I just did really light stroking to stay Erect. They give you a tube of antiseptic gel. I kinda used that for a little lube. germs as you massage.

That\'s what I did. Wade will give you a nice aftercare talk. You will just do what feels right based on how things are going. Pinch the entry points the way he says. I have little hard spots on 2 of mine.

The edging idea was in a post by Red1975. I don\'t think it was on his own thread though. One of the many reasons this forum is so great. Lots of info from a lot of smart individuals.

From looking at your before pics, I\'d say you we\'re a good candidate for a great result. I would be surprised if Wade doesn\'t tell you that himself. It\'s what he told me and we are similiar. He is a class act as you will see.

Well, it\'s a long story, but I got nothing to report. I made my way to tijuana today for round one. I live in cali, so it was a pretty easy trip, couple hours and I was there early for my 10:30 appt. I was met by christian, who was very nice. He showed me to the waiting room, where I waited for wade and Dr. C who were running a little late...turns out they were about 45 min late, which is no big deal, but it left me alone and quiet with my thoughts...that\'s when it happened, I FREAKED out. Literally. I started to panic as my mind raced to everything that could go wrong. Suddenly, after a year of mentally prepping for this moment, I was now full of doubt and scared out of my mind.
Wade and Dr.C showed up and I expressed my fears. Let me first say, the both of them are so nice and professional, they really are as amazing as everyone says. They told me not to worry, that there was no pressure to go thru with the procedure, I\'d get my money back, they were just worried about calming me down and assuring me that they understood whatever decision I made.
Dr. C left me alone with Wade, who spent 45 minutes with me...giving me details about the procedure, talking about his experiences, etc. He really is the best. Totally comforting and reassuring. If only he had been there earlier! (which both he and Dr. C apologized for profusely). I was starting to get my grounds and relax, and was leaning towards going through with it. By this time, however, Dr. C said he didn\'t want to do the procedure because he felt I wasn\'t 100 percent ready...which was right. They gave me my money back, called the shuttle to pick me up, and wade sat with me chatting until it came. At no point, did he or the doc make me feel pressure to continue or make me feel like I wasted their time (which I did, and I was profusely apologizing!).
Of course, now I\'m kicking myself for getting so freaked out and wishing I would have went ahead with it, but as wade said, just think of it as a consultation...and both he and the doc welcomed my return if and whenever I feel ready. Sigh. Big big scaredy cat, that\'s what I am.

Bro, I\'m sure you\'re not the first or last person to get cold feet. I second guess my self some days when I think about it. Everyone that decided to go the PMMA route has second guessed themselves.

If it wasn\'t meant to be that day, then it wasn\'t meant to be that day. It\'s a big decision that I am still contemplating. It\'s all good.

Thanks guys, really appreciate that. If there\'s one thing I take away from today, it\'s this: if you are questioning, or not positive to the core that this is right for you, it may be wise to schedule an in person or phone consultation with Dr. C\'s office. I think I have a much better picture of everything involved after meeting and speaking with Wade. Like I said, if he was a little earlier, I probably would have went thru with it, he\'s that reassuring. Guess I\'ll take today as a lesson, let everything settle, and if I decide to go back, I\'ll be better prepared because of it.

Side note, I told wade about wanting to be conservative with as little problems as possible, and he recommended using only 10 percent PMMA for me- no 20s or 30s. Said it would be a modest, but noticeable gain, with little to no issues with proper after care, and still look very natural.

If you see my previous posts, I chickened out a few years back, but ready, confident and booked - April 16. Trying to decide between Metacril and LS, since they offer both now. Any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck! I can relate to you about partners. Only my penis was usually bigger than my partners. Up until now, my current bf is at 6\' 1/2\" I know because I\'ve measured it. And it hangs beautifully when Flaccid. I\'m so envious of him and have been more determined to get a procedure done. Not out of envy, but because I think it would look great!

I\'d like for my penis to look permanently the way it does after a hot shower. With more Girth of course.
