Ouch!

Whilst we often focus on size and how great it makes one feel, we should also reflect on the side effects!

When I was relaxing after my op, admiring my new dangle, I hadn\'t considered the impact of the changes - but when returning to work for the first time today, reality dawned!

Firstly, before this op, when my penis shrank into oblivion when not in use, I wore tight trousers without a second thought; only when I had a woody did tight jeans cause a problem...

Today I discovered three interesting facts about my penis always dangling six inches from my groin:

1. I need larger pants so that it can comfortably sit along one of my legs, rather than squashed-up in the middle... The trunks that I normally like to wear just don\'t work, and nor do beautifully cut skinny-legged suits. Jeans make it hard to work.

2. Now my Dick is in my Hanging in my pants and constantly rubbing on things, rather than sitting neatly tucked into my trunks, I\'m starting to get a lot of inconvenient, random erections, which hurts a bit while your penis is still a little sore.

3. The extra weight is not something that my body is used to, and it lead to some sore areas including:

* the base of my penis which feels like it has been constantly pulled and experiencing muscle ache
* the skin at the base has became, broken, reddened and sore
* when my penis was swollen up, the skin on my scrotum was pulled very tight, and became broken and sore

None of this is insurmountable, but I hadn\'t thought about it beforehand!

What were your stats when Erect before the procedure? any Erect pictures?

Update!

One week on now and things have settled down well - no issues other than one of my entry points feeling a little hard, but that seems to be settling down OK.

Swelling and tenderness are gone and appearance is just like before - just a little thicker.

I\'m waiting for my collagen growth to kick in and will keep you posted!

Sorry, like I mentioned at the beginning of my thread, I never measured before the procedure, so, I don\'t have them - I\'m more focused on the look than the size

It is interesting to note that your main quest was better Flaccid length, this is not the usual in this forum. It goes to show that Phalloplasty can accomplish many things.

I am posting to tell you of a potential issue with PMMA when you are a person who retracts a lot. Especially 30% PMMA which both I and Mustang2020 noticed tends to give a thicker more rigid collagen layer which won\'t retract very well, while the center of your unit might nonetheless draw back upwards. This could eventually lead to your glans being pulled upwards inside the tip of your shaft.

This was NOT the case for me during session 1 and 2. Session one was 10% only, session 2 was 10% and 20%. It started to happen with the mostly 30% used in session 3. So I would recommend that GROWERS not use too high a concentration level of PMMA or risk getting issues with their Flaccid. It is only natural to retract and turtle up when anxious or in a hostile situation. So there\'s nothing wrong with this, but it is worrisome when excessive. PMMA will reduce this considerably, but it is best if the collagen remains a bit flexible on the shaft, especially the upper half near the glans, to allow it to retract some. FWIW.

what was your result of the feel of your penis with the PMMA? how smooth and natural would you say while Erect?

Hi BDMike,

The feel is great - when it is Erect, it is smooth and firm, and when Flaccid it is starting to get heavy and firm as the collagen growth kicks in.

So, overall - it is firmer than before, but there are a couple of hard spots where the PMMA entry points were, but a great improvement so far!

How\'s it going any updates? Erect shots would be cool, I\'m going in on the 25th and will be seeking the same type of procedure as you.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly!

Hello, all - time for an update!

The Good

Firstly, I\'m loving my new Dick - as the collagen growth has kicked in, watching my penis get thicker and firmer has been amazing!

There was a short period after the swelling went down where I feared that I had lost all of the enhancement, but once my own collagen kicked it, it was obvious that I had nothing to worry about - my compliant penis was following the script.

The extra weight that I am crying around is awesome - I can bounce my Flaccid Dick in my hand and I now kind of love standing at the urinals letting my unit dangle proudly as I keep my hands on my hips.

This is the best money I have ever spent!

The Bad

Like I mentioned before, my body is not used to this and my new penis has been placing a strain on the muscles at the base of my penis; when I wake in the morning, as I stand and my Dick dangles, I feel a little twinge in the base as it stretches down. It\'s getting much better and I imagine will be gone in a few days.

There is also a little tenderness in the shaft, I guess due to the tissue growth, and I\'m a bit careful when moving my Dick around just to avoid the tender spots. They are getting better too, and I expect it to back to normal soon.

Those aren\'t too bad, but what has been really bad is how my girlfriend has reacted - she hated it, and is now my ex- girlfriend!

Like I mentioned before, she loved my penis and when she felt my new unit, she knew straight away something was different.

Firstly, her small hands couldn\'t really grip it like she did before, and it was not comfortable for her.

Secondly, her real issue was how it felt inside - she was used to it before, but the new version was a little too big for her and she didn\'t enjoy it. It\'s worth adding that despite being 30, she is very tight and pretty inexperienced, and whist the extra lateral width was OK, the amount that the underside of penis has grown seemed to be uncomfortable for her and there was bleeding.

Our relationship was on the rocks as it is, but she said that it now looks like something from a porn film, and that she didn\'t enjoy it.

I wasn\'t too concerned, but I was ready to upgrade her anyway!

The Ugly

There are a few cosmetic changes that will need addressing on my second procedure:

1. My entry points on the right are a little hard, and when Flaccid can be felt - I think a little more PMMA around them on Round 2 will help to resolve that.

2. At the base, the base is much wider than the shaft, and it feels like there are two lumps that stand out to me, although I don\'t think that anyone else would notice, I think that it needs to be filled in on Round 2 to make it look more even.

3. I used to have a very visible and attractive vein on one side, but the collagen growth has buried it - it\'s no longer visible, and I miss it

Overall, I\'m delighted and give my current status 8/10 and I\'m certain I\'ll hit 10/10 on my next procedure!

Your Circumcision is exactly what bioplasty Dr\'s want. If I was a doing PMMA PE, I\'d insist on this type of cut, unless the patient simply doesn\'t have enough skin to have it changed.

Yes, Dr C was very pleased when he saw my Dick - said it was a great candidate for PE. I don\'t know why exactly, but I guess it\'s a good thing!
