That was the advice of prof. Lemperle to me , the idea is to keep the Kenalog solution in the injected area only (e.g. a Nodule or a lump or a FBG) and not to spread it out to the neighboring normal tissues e.g. the new normal collagen gain or the skin (esp. if the injection was close to it).

Update on the Kenalog shot, it has reduced the spot dramatically and everything looks much more natural. i am very happy I made that quick trip for just that shot, and am very happy. I'll take a pic tonight and post. I ended up not having round 2 in August, got busy with other more important things, but have the intention of going the beginning of the year. Besides, I'm much more confident about round 2 after having taken care of the lump.

About those Kenalog shots: what happens to the PMMA? It gets loose and goes haywire or it gets surrounded by colagen again? I just saw another thread with this pacient with a lump on the groin just next to the base of the penis, could it be PMMA that has gone loose (like in a Kenalog shot?) Just wondering what would happen to the material

no, it doesn't dislodge, it just gets broken down and minimizes. The lump or Nodule was like a cm wide towards the glans on the right. I posted a pic kinda showing it. He just injected in the area that was of concern and it just minimized that area, nothing else.

my lump is considerably larger than that. I mean this thing is whats causing the mass in my circ area. Do you think they will use the same technique for me?

I have no idea. Every situation is different. Send them a picture or video and see that they recommend to do.

Taken 9/18/13 with side by side of before. I just looked at these two images today, and wow, big difference. I'm surprised.

Confirmed Feb 20 for Session 2. $250 deposit paid, so it's a go!
There really isn't much to update on. Sitting at 5.2mseg, slightly less at the base, and slightly less at the tip, and still looks like last pic posted. Still happy with everything.

No. Color the same. The orig pic was taken with room lights on. The after the lights were dim and flash.

You results are awesome. I'm 13 days out and have a lumpy mess that has me distraught. It just shows how unpredictable this procedure is. I'm hopeful once it settles and I go in for round two, the doc will be able to sort it out preferably to an outcome like yours. Good luck on your round 2.

Hey BD Mike,

Your results look great so far. I just updated my own thread and I've gone from exactly 4.5 to 5.25 exactly the same as you. I even did the same side by side photo that you used!

You're very lucky to have such big glans and a perfectly straight shaft. The only thing you didn't have was Girth and it seems you can now buy this in Mexico!
