Willtravel update (long time coming) 11 years 8 months ago #1277151925

Hello all

Firstly I would like to apologise for my lack of updating, I am away in south east Asia and haven\'t had the chance to update. Also specifically to the guys who have pm\'d me.

It\'s now been 4 months since my last procedure. In total I have had 40ccs of 30% metacril from dr n in Prague. At the time of having my 3rd one I had an inflammatory response and the dr advised it was swollen glandula and should go away on its own. So I had another 12ccs just at the base away from the swelling. It is basically a thin line up the center of the top of the shaft. Feels like a vein almost. After researching I found there is no glandula in the penis, but I believe it to be a swollen lymph duct not a gland. I have no swelling where my lymph nodes are in the groin. This has not subsided and hinders my ability to retract my Foreskin when Flaccid. When I pull back my Foreskin the PMMA clumps up. And does not look natural.

At this present moment it also looks uneven. The right hand side seems to have more PMMA in than the left. But again it is more evident when Flaccid. The base is fine. I can\'t give you any stats at the moment but its the same size as mentioned in my other progress update.

So my dilemma is should I visit dr c for a 10% touch up? And try get it looking even? Or look on getting some or all of it removed. If that\'s possible. Erect it doesn\'t look too bad but nowhere near as good as I would\'ve hoped. There\'s a ridge between the base and the middle of the shaft. I will email skeptical and get him to put some current photographs up. I have emailed both drs and will let you all know of the outcome

Any advice as always is greatly appreciated guys

WT

I would at least visit Dr C to get his opinion.

From every case I\'ve reviewed, Dr. Casavantes does excellent revisionary work. I\'ll be going for touchup on March 21st. Removal of PMMA can be disastrous.

Hi WT...first I\'ve heard of you as I\'m kind of new here. You might want to reach out to dark staff. He might be able to help you as he is having inflammation problems as well. Best of luck

Yeah miracle I think I need to get to Mexico and see what he can do. There\'s not a lot of work that needs doing just to even things up. I could do with this inflammation going 1st. Going to wait for the 6 months mark see what happens.

Carl I\'ve emailed dr c to see if I can get some photographs over see what he thinks.

Considering I will have a look thanks for the info. Seems a few people have the issue. I may try get to a Urologist 1st also when I can get some money in. As I\'m no longer in the uk it\'s gonna cost me lol.

Thanks a lot SO saves me doing it in an Internet cafe lol.

So basically the first pic is a Flaccid shot. I have an irregularity on the right hand side. Also comes over the top due to the inflammatory response (what I believe to be a swollen lymph duct). The rights hand side I think is more PMMA than in the left.

The second Erect shot the right hand side is not a pronounced but still visible. You can feel the ridge amd the lump on the top more. There is also a ridge in between round 2 and 3 on the left. If I were to go the dr c I would get that filled in an sort the irregularity back from the right side to the base. Maybe get a slight taper. All with 10% to hopefully smooth things out.

The third pic is Flaccid attempting to pull the Foreskin back. This is what\'s troubling me the most. I see beta has similar issues. The clump in the middle does not go further back and bunches up. Doesn\'t look or act natural. So is suious.

My main question is i get more at the base and make it one large even setting of PMMA, will it fix the issue or make it worse? I could also have the issue beta has where the skin has stuck to the shaft. First I\'ve heard of the possibility. As you can see its difficult to remove the Foreskin completely over the head.

Does anyone else have the same issues? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Will

I am uncut and notice the \"bunching\" effect when I retract Foreskin in flacid state. In my case i think its just because the skin is thicker than before and it also hangs lower even tho my guy has turtled. The more I turtle the more it seems to bunch from retracting.

I\'ve noticed the Foreskin is harder to retract when Erect, but it does retract. It looks best when I have good EQ.

Not sure if this is helpful in anyway.

Yeah thanks red will look for your thread. I\'m hoping if dr c gets back to me it can be resolved somehow. Is your bunching as bad as mine? It sounds pretty similar at best mine sits at the base of the glans when Erect. It seems to be a common feature with cut guys. Leads me again to the opinion that its better if your cut to get PMMA.
