UPDATE after week 3 of scrotal entry ligament cut:
My surgery gave me about an extra
Inch in
Flaccid length, so I am quite content with having had my ligaments cut by Dr Bachtiyarov in Kaliningrad, he is to my knowledge the world\'s leading specialist in scrotal ligament cuts.
I didn\'t post this result before, because I actually was unable to notice that I had achieved any gain. And this is because I had assumed that extra
Flaccid length would improve my
Flaccid appearance, which it did not. This is no fault of Clinic Brazil which did a perfect job on every level. It is due to the
PMMA masking these gains. This is because the aesthetic issue I had with my
Flaccid, which was caused by
PMMA, was not resolved by simply adding length to my
Flaccid. I had hoped and even expected otherwise. I assumed that it would be fixed automatically. I was convinced that by gaining more
Flaccid length. That was because I hadn\'t fully understood my problem.
My thick
PMMA envelope won\'t retract with the rest of my unit. I wonder if this is due to 30% giving stiffer collagen versus lesser concentrations of
PMMA? Or it might be due to the thickness creating more resistance to retraction. Finally it might be due to the fact that my base is not filled, creating a heavy sheath which drops down over my rather small glans when my unit is at rest and pointed downward.
I was hoping the ligament cut would correct an aesthetic problem, which actually cannot be resolved by added length. I wonder if there even is a solution to such a problem, aside from surgically stitching one\'s thick
PMMA layer to the pelvis? I know I am being extreme here, but I find that my situation is unusual to say the least, and it is not clear to me at present how to solve the problem. Nurse Wade had warned me before getting my third session with 30% for added
Girth that it would probably give me the pig in the blanket effect due to my short length. But I thought this would be temporary and that if I gained length it could be solved. Not so? Is there a coefficient of length x
Girth beyond which there is no return?
Regardless, my status doesn\'t make sense. I am hoping it is because the
PMMA doesn\'t reach my base. It is thick on the two thirds of the shaft near the glans and quite thin at the bottom third of the shaft, making it seem unsheathed. Possibly by adding
PMMA to the bottom third, it won\'t tend to fall downwards towards the tip when
Flaccid? If so, wouldn\'t it need to reach upwards into the pelvis and extend outwards to anchor it? I hope it can and that this might work, as otherwise I will have to stay hidden from view, only exposing it to a hot babe once it is
Erect and quickly tucking it out of sight when it goes limp.
I notice that when
Flaccid, if I pull up this outer layer of
PMMA collagen until it reaches my pelvis, my unit looks totally natural with my glans exposed. If I let go, the entire thick outer layer falls down with gravity, and wraps around my glans hiding all but the tip. It also makes the outer layer bulge out in a very unsightly bell shape.
Nobody is about to \"ring my gong\" with a penile appearance like that, and I fear the response when I head to the nude beach this summer. Not that I am trying to be admired, only I don\'t want to gross them out- that is not what
Phalloplasty is about! It is supposed to be aesthetic surgery too. I retain the hope that this June Dr C will provide a super solution - he has already gotten me out of a far more upsetting problem in the past.
