PMMA. Not that I am nearly as smart as a lot of you guys but I've been involved in this and like procedures for a lot longer than most of you. According to Dr. C I am the 3rd oldest patient to undergo this procedure, the oldest in his upper 80's. I'm 59. Reading some of your stories brings back the incredible pain I endured, as a lot of you have, being rejected because of size. Even after getting married to a great gal the pain of being small was still there. Statistically, like the majority of you, I was considered average 5.75 EL and 4.5 EG and like you I never felt average. In 1997 after much research I found a plastic surgeon that performed penis enlargement procedures. You may know how difficult it was for me to tell my wife that I wanted this surgery. She thought I was nuts but would support me.I had the ligs cut and the fat graft procedure at the same time. In retrospect, I would have done ligs than graft. I had the graft done twice. Girth. It was a disaster. Within a week the area around the circ scar started turning black. I was dealing with
Necrosis. The skin opened and I could see the Alloderm.I was panic-stricken. I went back to the surgeon and he recommended Epson Salt baths. I also went to the web and found this gritty reddish substance, followed the directions and filled the wound opening. Within a week I started to see an improvement although when the skin finally covered the Alloderm it left a fairly large divot under the glans. What an incredible relief.
