I finally pulled the trigger and am going to Dr. Rosenthal for Belladerm and lengthening. I did consider PMMA very seriously, and it sounds like a very good technique. I am pretty positive I will go that route for touchups in the future (I have zero illusions that this is permanent). I have my reasons for doing this as we all do, but I plan on documenting my entire experience on here for you guys. I believe forums like this are a real blessing to guys considering PE, and I could not have made a same choice about this if I had not had you guys to help educate me and
share your experiences.

Here\'s to the beggining of something, hopefully something good but again, not delusional, just desperate enough to try. Please send the good vibes!

Good luck and keep us updated.

This industry survives on the desperation of men and many of us know how you feel. To be honest I\'m not sure you fully understand the surgery or you are in a bad place mentally right now due to size issue\'s. I\'m not sure if anyone, who didn\'t expect this type of procedure to be permanent, would do it if they really understood the process and had contacted other guys who have gone through it. Have you contacted any of our members who have had this surgery with Dr R. My guess is that you probably haven\'t and even don\'t want to, as you might not hear what you want to.

Also I don\'t think it\'s a good idea to expect to do PMMA for touch ups. When you have an allograft the last thing you want to do is expose it too potential infection. We\'ve had a few members do PMMA after Bella, but it\'s not a good plan. One or the other is optimal.

I know I had great results. A USA licensed doctor, using a FDA approved product. That has insurance. Yes there are risks with all methods. I just placed my bet on Belladerm and DR Rosenthal.

It is very good. I would do it again as it has been exactly the out come Dr Rosenthal told me!
Thanks

I did not go with Rosenthal. I ended up getting PMMA with dr Casavantes and I have zero regrets about it.

Because Belladerm is expensive, and it shrinks and causes deformities as well as reducing length in some cases. Also it is surgical, so there is a strong likelihood they nerves get severed and there is a loss of sensitivity. Last, as if all those negatives weren\'t enough, you only get a temporary gain of around .5 of an Inch. That\'s crap for almost 10000 bucks. Not a good idea at all.
