I\'m booked in to see Dr C on Thursday December 13. I\'m traveling all the way from Australia via Los Angeles.

I intend to get PMMA for Girth enhancement, and Radiesse for chin enhancement. I\'ll then spend a night in Tijuana, then 10 days in Vegas and San Fran. Get back to Australia on Christmas Day

How much is the chin enhancement costing? Do you known the price of Radiesse per ml?

When you have your procedure could you ask Dr C about the possibility of using Radiesse in the penis. I\'ve read in the past he doesn\'t recommend it, but since then I\'ve come across a couple of guys who have had it and are pleased.

Sure, I will ask. I actually don\'t know the price of PMMA or Radiesse actually - I\'m waiting for Wade to get back to me. They\'re friendly but their turnaround time with emails isn\'t the best.

Whilst I wait for Wade, anyone recall how much PMMA is these days?

So I\'ve received my quote.. it\'s still $2500 for the Girth enhancement. The quote didn\'t include the Radiesse unfortunately. This time next week the little fella will be nice and swollen

Well I had my trip to Tijuana.

They said I was an ideal candidate for good results because my glans is large-ish (compared to shaft) and I had loose skin. So I ended up with 18cc\'s of 30% and 4cc\'s of 10% in my penis, and 6cc\'s of 10% in my face (jaw, chin, cheekbone).

In terms of the whole experience, I felt the pre-op email correspondence and then face-to-face consultation was poor/lacking, but when it was showtime I thought the doctor, Mel and Wade were sensational. They all showed high attention to detail.

It\'s been 4 days post-op so far. Penis is still bruised and swollen, but healthy and functional. My massage technique has mostly been to masturbate to obtain erections, and then at 75% hardness I would manipulate the gel around.

The circ scar is very swollen but shaft is fairly uniform when completely Erect. It\'s hard to tell how it will end up given the swelling but so far I\'m really happy with the results.

Rather than posting pictures immediately I\'ll post them each fortnight.

What are your thoughts of the PMMA in the face? How much did that cost? Is there a bigger risk of problems when PMMA is injected in the face?

Day 0 (penis)

I stayed in Marriott in Tijuana. I found it quite difficult to get full erections due to the trauma the penis had been through. It wasn\'t really in the mood for showing off.

Day 1 (penis)


I had my Girth enhancement at 12pm the day before. 24 hours later I\'ve flown from San Diego to Las Vegas. Checked into my hotel on The Strip, and instead of hitting the action I\'m in my hotel playing with myself.

Despite the bruising, I\'m feeling like God at the moment. This thing is as fat as a horse\'s. Loving it. I do have a lot of swelling, particularly around the circ scar but from previous Progress Reports I know that\'s only a temporary issue.

I\'m spending a lot of time masturbating.. I actually got the underside quite raw from too much friction hehe.

Day 3 (penis)

I am now seeing the emergence of curvature in the top end of my penis. This is actually something that I had pre-PMMA and I believe it\'s a result of masturbation. I\'m left handed and the curve corresponds with the way my hand slightly bends the penis when gripped.

Wade also pointed out the curvature corresponds with some tight skin. Straightening this area out and smoothing the PMMA affected by it is the focus of my attention.

Apart from that, I\'m still bruised, still swollen and my circulation scar is getting inflamed due the fact I\'m walking a lot (I\'m in Las Vegas on holidays). Most of the time the penis is wrapped. It\'s making a monster bulge in my jeans. Loving it, even though the wrapped, swollen and inflamed sausage is uncomfortable.

Day 7 (penis)

Bruising has pretty much disappeared but the circ scar is still heavily swollen. I\'m easing up on the masturbation and in fact have brought lubrication to help for the times in which I am masturbating.

The below photos are taken Erect, although when holding a camera I\'m finding the Erection diminishes. When fully Erect (eg waking up with nocturnal erections) this thing is hard, straight and a beast.

No measurements though, I\'m on holidays and haven\'t packed a ruler.

Day 8 (penis)

More of the same. Watching some porn to maintain erections. Bruising gone, swelling around the circ scar reducing. I\'m wrapping the penis only occasionally by this stage. I find it\'s helping with ensuring the penis doesn\'t turtle, but is inconvenient because it restricts leg movement a bit when walking around.

Must say, I\'ve been a bit negligent. I didn\'t use Arnica and I\'m not taking multivitamins for collagen growth. I am sleeping quite well though. It helps being on holidays throughout this period because I can attend to my penis as I please.

Furthermore, with so much of my effort trying to ensure the top of my penis has even distribution of PMMA, I probably neglected to massage the base of the penis and the entry points at the base of the penis in that critical first 48 hour period. I\'m feeling hardness around the base on the topside and underside of the penis inside the scrotal area. The hardness are big lumps of PMMA which are rock solid. They make me sore when I squeeze them. The ones on my topside are impacting my suspensory ligaments a little bit. Definitely doesn\'t feel natural.

Aesthetically things look good when Erect (see photos below), but when completely flacid the curvature is quite significant. In fact, a lot moreso than pre-PMMA.
