New to this

I had Dr Elist implant removed apx one year ago due to complications with pain the pubic region. I had his implant for apx one year. After the Removal I have lose apx 1 1/2 in length. I think I have major scar tissue build up by the pubic area. Will the PFRM help with the scar tissue reducation? I have an appointment for a PFRM shot in Northern California this week. The cost is $1200

Any suggestions

I don\'t know what PFRM is, but I have a lot of experience with this matter. 3 years ago, when I had some reconstructive surgery to remove some fat and other work, I also had a lot of internal scarring. This was expected, and as a result I lost at least one or two inches in EL. I was surprised. My doc calmly suggested that this was expected, and the easiest and most effective way to deal with it is low weight/ long time Hanging. So I bought the 1 pound grip. You see the internal scarring causes the shrinkage; but for a period of up to
3 years, that scat tissue is in a moldable state. After about 3 months of wearing the grip for about 2 to 4 hours per day, I gained all the lost length back and even more, basically stretching the scar tissue. I think you should give this a try instead of having more surgery. Good luck

@qtip welcome to the board, you probably know already but there are quite a few of us on here who\'ve had Elist\'s implant removed. Myself included as of 2weeks ago! So obviously I\'m sorry to hear of your retention of scar tissue a year out, I\"m realizing that I have some that is causing some curvature and retraction. I don\'t think that PFRM works, at least that\'s what forum member Mustang2020 reports in his thread. He tried it and reported no reduction in scar tissue (which he got from having the implant removed). Have you tried kenalog? I believe that can help, I asked about getting some injected when I had my removal, but the good Dr lied and said I wouldn\'t have any scar tissue! now I\'m wondering if its too late for it to work, does any one know?
@brave heart, that\'s encouraging news that scar tissue is in a moldable state for awhile afterwards, I plan on starting a stretching and pumping routine, but I tried to pump a couple times and the incision bled a little which tells me I better wait a bit yet.
