I don\'t know what PFRM is, but I have a lot of experience with this matter. 3 years ago, when I had some reconstructive surgery to remove some fat and other work, I also had a lot of internal scarring. This was expected, and as a result I lost at least one or two inches in EL. I was surprised. My doc calmly suggested that this was expected, and the easiest and most effective way to deal with it is low weight/ long time
Hanging. So I bought the 1 pound grip. You see the internal scarring causes the shrinkage; but for a period of up to
3 years, that scat tissue is in a moldable state. After about 3 months of wearing the grip for about 2 to 4 hours per day, I gained all the lost length back and even more, basically stretching the scar tissue. I think you should give this a try instead of having more surgery. Good luck
