Whenever you have surgery
Necrosis is a possibility. In Grey\'s Journal of
Urology Gary Alter specifically mentions the possibility of
Necrosis when removing fat.
In my case I\'m unsure what caused the
Necrosis. It could have been something as simple as the bandage being too tight. Luckily for me it was as the circ scar, so by removing a section of inner skin (that above the circ line) I was able to come out of it relatively unscathed. If it had happened lower down the shaft, I\'d have been left with permanent scarring. Basically it happened in the perfect place. My surgeon was able to cut out the entire area and leave me with just a new circ line.
Looking at you photos I find it amazing Dr Giunta performed
FFT on you. You are a terrible candidate for that kind of procedure, probably the worst I\'ve ever seen.
The key to PE via injectable materials is compliant skin. Shaft skin is compliant as it\'s meant to stretch the accommodate erections. But half of your shaft is skin from the pubic area promoted forward as a result of the V/Y incision. This isn\'t shaft skin and does\'t have the natural elasticity of shaft skin. So there is a very obvious contrast where the shaft skin expands and accommodates the fat and the groin skin which doesn\'t.
Sadly I\'ve never come across a single Dr who has worked this out.
I\'d imagine that if you went to Gary Alter he\'d look to contour the lump of fat on the right of the shaft. I don\'t think he\'d try and remove it all for risk of things like
Necrosis. It doesn\'t look as if you have enough skin for a full V/Y reversal, so he\'d probably remove the scrotal dog ears to make the base of the penis more clearly defined. Though it\'s hard to tell from the photos to what extent the penis has dropped into the scrotum.
Assuming he is able to remove some scrotal skin and remove the fat lump, it should make your penis appear longer and significantly more cylindrical. This will again improve dramatically once you have the hair removed via laser.
I actually think you are great candidate for those procedures and the result will massively improve things. I know it looks a mess at the moment, but the surgery needed isn\'t that dramatic and should leave your penis looking totally normal.
The only concern I have is I\'m not sure if the Belloderm will effect removing the fat. I don\'t think it will, but you never know.
