I\'ve drawn some lines on one of your photos to demonstrate what I mean and done the same with a photo another member uploaded yesterday who was a terrible candidate for FFT. The contrast is skin distribution should be obvious. The key is that the real shaft skin is naturally elastic and therefore can accommodate the fat such more more effectively. It simply expands and the fat sit nicely underneath it. But the less compliant skin of the pubic area and above the circ line with cut guys, is far less elastic and constricts the fat and it soon absorbs, leaving the bulge in the middle.

The black line on each photo represents the length of the penis from the base to the bottom of the head. The blue line shows the length of the real shaft skin in comparison to the length of the black line. As you can see from you photo, the lines are nearly identical in length. Whilst in the other photo the blue line is about half the length of the black line.

This is actually a relevant post for those considering PMMA as the same pretty much applies to them, but to a slightly lesser extent.

Thanks for the great feedback hoddle much appreciated, with someone who has had as much experience as you I will be taking this as valuable info.

I\'ll be doing my research on veil and FFT there\'s just a few things that puzzle me about the FFT and thats, is it really permanent? ie what if i was to reduce my body fat on a diet would i loose Girth at the same time???

FFT is rarely permanent. Sometimes it is. Sometimes it just needs a touch up every few years. Sometimes in needs regular touch ups. Sometimes is totally absorbs. Sometimes it partially absorbs, leaving uneven contour and fatty lumps.

In most cases I don\'t recommend it at all. But in your case I\'m confident that the worst case scenario (other than complications possible with any procedure) is that it reabsorbs and you waste your money. In most cases I think there is a much greater risk of poor aesthetics and feel. But with your skin, this is unlikely to be an issue.

PE procedures in general should be a last resort. In these cases I usually would suggest PMMA a head of the other options. But if there is a possibility one has a good shot at a decent outcome with FFT, then I think that should be tried first. Yes it\'s more expensive and could prove a total waste of money, but the financial side of these things shouldn\'t be a major part of the decision making process. Ultimately it\'s better to have fat inside your penis than plexi glass. Sadly for most guys fat just wont give a satisfactory result, so it\'s not worth risking.

This is a great thread as its hard to read through every single thread to find the few people who had their procedure with Dr N.

So if you have, can you pls respond to this thread and give a short summary, i.e. any complications, overall aesthetics, how much you gained in first session, would you have done it there again or do you wish you\'d been to Dr C etc. Thanks!

Well hoddle you really did influence me with your informative posts, I\'ve been to see mr viel, was nervous as hell but glad I\'ve done it now and looking to booking in the new year. He said I shouldn\'t have any problems being uncircumcised, but didn\'t really give me a difinitive answer on the permanent side of things, said the procedure is but if I was to train to loose body fat there\'s a possibility that may loose volume from your penis. So there\'s no real guarantees you will keep hold of the fat but think I\'m willing to give it a go. I\'ll keep you posted in the new year

Happy x mas

I didn\'t mean to influence you to get FFT! I don\'t think you should do anything. You really do have a good penis in terms of both size and aesthetics. I just think that seeing as you have a decent amount of skin, you are probably better suited to FFT than 90% of guys.

How much is he charging?

It was '100 for the consultation and '3850 for the Girth procedure. I no i\'m not at the smallest end of the scale but I am average and nearer to the small side at 4.75 at the head. I also have extreme shrinkage when anxious or cold and it could easily pass as a childs penis no joke! I have been preoccupied for many years now and I\'ve got to the point where I want to do something about it. and FFT seems to be the safest option out there at the minute.

What did Mr Viel say to expect in terms of gains?

If you go through with this, be aware that your penis wont feel as hard when Erect. You\'ll also have to go back for regular top ups.

Preoccupation gets a lot worse if you aren\'t happy with the result, which most men aren\'t. No one ever seems to think of it like that and use the fact they are pre occupied with their size as a reason to have a procedure.

When you say that most men aren\'t happy with the procedure, is that true evidence From statistics or is that just your peception?

Statistics and my perception, or rather careful observation. I\'ve been a member of numerous enlargement forums over the years and have followed surgical enlargement as closely as anyone I\'ve encountered. I\'m very objective and thus the knowledge from what I\'ve observed over the years really is of great value. The reason I think you have a higher chance of success with FFT than most, isn\'t based on a hunch, but careful observation of lots of results.

So you think i,ve got more of a chance of feeling satisfied with this procedure? you mentioned about being preoccupied maybe more so if i\'m not satisfied with the op, but the realization would be if I don\'t have the op i\'m still preoccupied with my penis If i have it done and not that satisfied I would become more preoccupied with any irregularities but this would not be so as I am right to the threshold of being preoccupied with my penis now, so surely it would take some of the preoccupation away?

The are different levels of preoccupation. At the moment you have a good size and nice looking penis, but are still bothered with it. Imagine what it would be like if you seriously deformed it? At the moment you seem to be able to have sexual relationships. Would you be able to do so if you thought your penis was a deformed mess?

I always tell people that the decision process is about risk and reward. For some guys there penis size effects their lives so negatively, that they lack any ambition or drive in life, are too depressed to have a social life and far too ashamed to consider having sexual relations. That is serious preoccupation and thus it\'s probably worth the risk, as even if things go wrong, is their life going to be much worse?

Looking at your penis, I do think you have a higher chance than 90% of guys of being satisfied with FFT. But you need to be very aware that regular top ups will probably be needed and it might feel a bit softer than it currently is. One of the reasons I occasionally think FFT is a better first option, is when the person has already indicated they are prepared to have PMMA. It seems that PMMA can be used as a good way of correcting FFT for guys that don\'t get good results. Given there is this full back option, then it is probably wiser to at least try FFT first, as we know fat is very safe and you don\'t need to worry about it in the long term.

But overall my advise would be to do nothing and just wait. I\'m not against people wanting to enlarge their penis, I\'m simply preaching patience. In a couple of years we\'ll have a much clearer view of PMMA and other possible advances, so I strongly advise all but those in a desperate state to hold off as long as possible.

If you do decide to go ahead with Mr Viel, please keep us updated every step of the way. We don\'t have any decent progress threads with FFT and your case will be of particular interest, as I think you have an ideal penis for the procedure.

So after over 3 years of deliberation I\'ll pick this thread up and continue with my journey. I\'ve been on and off the idea about FFT and finally made my decision not to have the FFT with viel.
I\'ve made contact with Dr Nemecova and I\'m going to book my appointment for the end of this month for PMMA would really appreciate the lads who\'ve been to Prague to pitch in with some do\'s and don\'ts for post care procedure.
Wish me look fellas finally gonna take the plunge.
