Well guys am back from prague from round 2.

I ended up with 20ccs of 30% metacrill. I had to convince the good Dr to put 20ml in she was reluctant at 1st as my unit is not the most spacious.

Did the flying in and out the same day but stayed local around the airport when i got back. Was a really long day if i\'m honest! Next time i might try get to prague early get it done that day and stay the night before flying home.

At the minute its in the swollen deformed bandaged state so not much point uploading pics. I was happy to get 20ccs this time as 10ccs didnt really get me anything but a small lump when Erect and a 0.3 gain just mid shaft. am hoping for a 0.5 gain right down the shaft like all you dr c patients this time!!

Just a quick 7 day update

Most of the obvious swelling has gone down and i\'m now sitting at 4.8 inches at mid shaft. When it was 1st done i was at around 5.2 so lost quite alot of Girth through swelling. It was looking decent @ 5.2 if i can get that after round 3 settles down i would be happy. Anymore than that my 5.5 EL would look strange IMO.

No major bumps to report as yet a it looks a bit uneven but think theres more swelling to come off. I really took care of it this time massaging in work and at home constantly.

Hello all firstly i would like to apologise for my lack of input. ive bee extremely busy only logging on here and there.

i am now nearly 5 weeks post op and my measurements are currently:

4.5 below glands
4.8 inches mid shaft
5.0 at the base

So thats between 0.5 and 0.6 inches gain from 2 sessions totalling 30ccs. It is definately looking thicker than it was. However i have some aesthetic issues. When Flaccid and i pull back the skin a big lump appears. not unlike a photograph in coolhands drudge report. when just in normal state you can feel the lump under the skin. This is the main issue with me and one that needs addressing.

When Erect there are quite a few lumps and bumps. most of them do not bother me but i think the lump previously mentioned has an effect on the Erect state also. On the Erect close up there is a ridge between another small lump you see in the middle and the right hand side of the mid shaft. its is noticable to the touch.

looking at the Erect pics it doesnt look bad but when you feel it it will be noticed. i have had sex with one girl since having it but it was a drunken one and she didnt notice. i think a girl would notice eventually.

i have had a couple of pms asking me if i am happy and would go back to prague. well am not too pleased the way its turned out and if she cant fix it i may go across the pond and see if dr c can. he seems to have a greater experience with PMMA in the penis. the only thing stopping me is that i have a criminal record and would not get a visa quick enough to go before the end of the year. so i run the risk of lying on the etsa and getting found out. does anyone have experience of doing this?

I actually think it looks great, don\'t worry about the lumps. I hear it gets better over time and after the later sessions .

I am uncut too but I consider a Circumcision before because I got excessive Foreskin (indeed more than you you) and I think it will look weird. Also I want that porn look .

I wouldn\'t do anything for at least 6 months if I were you. From what I\'ve read lumps and harder areas often seem to improve, if left alone, over time. I\'d then think about having a session with 10% just to smooth things out. I\'d avoid having anymore in the top half, as from your photos it does look as if you have potential for Phimosis if you have any more.

Hi guys sorry for late reply/update.

Its been nearly 10 weeks out since round 2. im sitting at the same measurements as previously. no change.

I emailed Dr N and her reply was that she thinks its not metacril, Instead she thinks it is a swollen glandula. She seems to think it will disappear on its own eventually. Which would agree with what hoddle said. I am hoping it does because it really affects the aesthetics at the top of the penis. its also more difficult than it should be to pull the skin back in both Flaccid and Erect states and to me is very noticeable. The othe lumps and bumps can be fixed and dont really bother me.

Have any of you guys had similar issues? I\'d be grateful if you could share any information? I have emailed Dr N to see if theres anything I can do here to help the process along. When she replies i will let you all know. I am also going to pm coolhand as it is similar to one of his photographs.

@Teninch. Thanks mate it is definately bigger than what it was. Hope you get what you want pal. I am of the opinion looking round here that cut guys, if done properly and looked after well, have a better result aesthetically. But its up for debate.

@hoddle. Very sound advice mate. I was thinking similar things. Especially if the lump does not subside by round 3. Unfortunately i do not have the luxury of time as i am emigrating to a far away country. Going to look at the 1st week in december. i am going to get a touch up and more at the base for a slight taper and thats it. no more that 15ccs if that.

Had the same thing on my left side. It was a swollen glanula and disappeared slowly after 2 months

You look way bigger than your posted stats, and hey when girls look at it they have no idea how it measures up, just how it looks!

Olafspo was it completely gone after 2 months or did it start to go by then? Thanks for the info mate
