Hi Guys

Finally made the leap to PMMA on the 17th.
As expected DR C and Wade were top class. Really friendly and reassuring.

I\'ve developed uneven lumps just at the base near the entry points. It does fit Mqab\'s spaghetti description but I\'m not completely sure, I\'ve tried massaging it but so far there seems to be no effect. The area does feel a bit sore

Am I expecting this to go down with my swelling?

Other then that I am pleased with results and will now just be playing the waiting game.

The result looks pretty great despite what it looks like to be heavy bruising. Do you have a before pic to compare?
Your flacid size looks pretty significant already, what are you stats at?

I will have to dig out the Girth measurements, the Internet in the Hotel isn\'t great atm.

Post PMMA FG, i\'m 4.75\'

Just slightly worried about the two lumps at the base.

@ntuxpb

I would agree with you that the lumps are conspicuous, judging from the pics but please panic not as fading of post-op swelling might significantly reduce the issue.

At the same time I recommend you send those pics to Dr C. straightaway, asking for feedback.

@ntuxpb,
Congrats and I wish you the best, in regard of the two lumps (of course after you take Dr.C. or Wade\'s permission) :- You should try to squeeze the lumps aggressively and try to break them (i.e. try to separate the clumped beads from each other as much as you can) and not only massaging them (that was the advice I took from Lemperle in regard of treating hard stubborn lumps but sure before 4 wks post-injection) massaging can help to reduce the lumps mostly in the 1st few hrs.

Spoke to Wade and he says its normal,
the bumps at the base have more or less gone down however when I pinch my left side there is still some discomfort and it does still feel like a thick spaghetti in there.

The bruising has mostly subsided, i assume the swollen Foreskin is the lymphatic fluid which will disappear.

. Will post pictures up soon

That\'s great news. I have, what sounds like, the same exact issue. It seems to have gone down a bit also, so I guess I\'ll stop trying to beat the hell out of it.

Edit: after seeing your pictures, it looks very similar too.

It\'s been 4 years since my last procedure, there are still some lumps which I blame my post-operation treatment. Didn\'t massage enough.

Current measurement is:

4\" FL3.5\" FGAs expected I\'ve lost some Girth over the years, currently trying to get my pre-op measurements off Wade as I\'ve lost them.
In all honestly, I still suffer from locker-room syndrome and I try and avoid the toilet cubicles and perhaps this is why I am strongly considering doing Round 2 in April. I\'m 29 in August but in the last year or so I\'ve been looking after my body a lot better i.e. going to the gym a lot more, cutting out smoking and minimising alcohol so i\'m confident that Round 2 will yield better results.

I\'m travelling from UK but it would be great to get you guy\'s advice on the below:
Which hotel do you guys recommend? Avanti have suggested The Grand Hotel near the office tower, which I don\'t mind staying there post operation but I\'m planning to spend a couple of days exploring San Diego before the op, so anyone suggest any hotels? Do people still use the shuttle service? Or as a British passport holder, would it be fine to jump on a taxi from SD to Tijuana
Thanks all.

I took the railway train for 2.50 and then a taxi to the office for $7 both ways.. less than 20 bucks instead of the $140 for the shuttle.

Thanks newerendingjourney. Anyone take a taxi from SD?

I\'ve always taken the shuttle. The drivers know their business and it goes quick. Tijuana traffic is a nightmare to me.

Last session I stayed at the Hyatt down the street from the Grand. Much nicer hotel in my opinion and about the same cost or less if booked early.
They have a free buffet in the morning.
In San Diego we stay a Marriott downtown near the gaslamp distict. The time before last it was the Embassy Suites. This time we\'re trying a new hotel hotel solamar.

Hi CPW

Thanks for those encouraging words and great advice.

I notice that you use ESL40 as well. I have one but tend to use it at night when i\'m asleep. The reason is that i drink a lot of water during the day, which means many trips to the toilet. It\'s an absolute ballache to get it suction cup back on and off.

Either way, most times I find myself taking it off middle of the night as it\'s hurting my glands too much. Anyone got any advice on this front?

Hi ntuxpb,

I\'m not too experienced on all of this stuff but my opinion is that you shouldn\'t wear an ADS at night. Your body goes through nocturnal erections. It\'s natural. I think you want to make sure that you don\'t disrupt that.

I too had great difficulties with the ADS40. Killed my glans. I tried everything but nothing worked. I ended up switching. Others have had great success with the ADS40. For me the ADS40 is still great for right after surgery. The first week or so. Once things setttle in I switch over to another extender.

Drinking a lot of water is good. And it becomes an issue if you\'re heading to the bathroom a lot. I get that. I hold off as long as possible.

Good luck.

Two days away from your second round! Woohoo

Regards,
CPW
