Thanks. Do you have any recommendations? I see the ESL40 thrown around here. I bought a FastSize like 10 years ago, but recently threw it out cause the noose devices are pretty awful on the glans, both in pain and keeping a good grip.

The ESL40 is decent. It is not really one that will allow for a very strong pull, at least in my experience, but that's not really what you are after with an ADS. I think for its purpose, it is pretty good.

Just posting an update, so people can check in how things are working long term.

Six years out from the first procedure and still no complaints.

One odd thing... I could've sworn I would sit around 5.75' MSEG after my two procedures. Now I comfortably sit at 6' regularly. I could've also maybe been measuring wrong before.

But I took Cialis yesterday and have been sitting around 6.25' today. I gave my wife the business a few hours ago and she came really quick and said it felt really thick and that I was so hard. I assume it's the Cialis that's causing the increase (increased blood flow), but I'll keep an eye on it.
