M7 and EP, will the swelling after sex be something for life or is there a point where that will stop?

D+11. Shows I've lost just a bit of EL. Not sure why. Will try a month of Hanging and stretching to get it back. Confident it will. Girth remains the same

I would not be alarmed concerning your recent loss of Erect length. I lost around 1/8" - .1/4" and witnessed it's return over a few more weeks. I advise against Hanging or stretching until 6 months post op to allow adequate time for things to settle and heal properly. My loss of Girth didn't really occur until around 2 months after the procedure. I hope you hold onto more gains than I did.

I'm currently 2 months and 21 days post op. I still experience the post sex swelling. It doesn't bother me... actually, I quite like it. However, I would rely more on the experience of EP and other long term veterans.

I assume from the photo it is 'bone pressed' ? Still impressive. I had some loss of length as well.. but I believe primarily to a complete lack of any 'regimen' (no pump or stretch). I 'lost' about a 1/4"- so now I started back with a jes extender. I'm back to maxing out the thread extension, so it's still there... just gotta pull on it for awhile...

oh... not that i'd recomend it, but have you/ did you pump? I'm curious for more feedback on other's experiences. I think PMMA is not so pump friendly..

Thanks for all the compliments. That means a lot my brothers. I was the little guy for most of my life and this is almost surreal. It is bonepressed and I will postpone the Hanging routine for at least 6 months - thanks for the advice - I need to slow down and let everything heal - we call that tactical patience in the military. I have never pumped - not once. I do know that I want more Girth already - it is addictive!!! I'd like to be 6+ MSEG and closer to 7 at the base. Will see what another full round will do with Dr C. Sex has never been better with my wife and she was really staring at it last night while she played - still hasn't asked a thing and I'm not letting this cat out of the bag. lol Will slow down on the pics and only post when there's a significant change from this point on.

I've had a lot of sex lately!!! lol And I know I have some swelling due to that but this is a significant increase. Collagen????? Let me know what you think. Also, a bit of a ring development due to the size increase. Thoughts about trying to fix that on the next go round vs round 3. Love this Girth my brothers!!!!

Nice Girth! The ring can be tricky, especially now that they are trying to avoid Circumcision entry unless absolutely necessary - it has been problematic. That area can be filled via basal injection but may require a couple of touch-up sessions to get it layered. That is, my gap/ring has improved steadily with each passing round, the only issue being a number nodules that persisted from the Circumcision entry points.
I'd strongly look into staying in TJ/SD for 24hours+ if you decide to follow-up, and try to find a way to keep your penis extended as long as possible to allow as much of the PMMA to stick in that gap area.
Otherwise, the Girth is looking mighty thick.

On the second procedure does Dr C use the same entry points or does he create new ones? Mine are a bit hard and not sure that they will soften in the 8 weeks between procedures.

Very nice Girth BJ! Wow! The ring will likely dissipate over time as the final result won't be realized for several months. I hope you hold onto your gains! The entry points will soften with time but if they do not soften completely and are bothersome, Dr. C can use a Kenalog shot to soften them up.

Big J I'm wondering about the 'shoulder' or hourglass appearance at your base. It appears you are measuring just above it in your 'base' photo. Is this a 'hump' of PMMA or is it maybe just where your scrotum starts or...? I had glans entry first round and believe I have different cosmetics as a result. I don't have a big change at base and little to no 'ring' effect. I only ask as I am considering my second round. Did you have scrotal webbing surgery, or just lig cut? I think you've already scheduled round 2 for 8 weeks out? You may want to read some of the 'cautionary' tales of having a second procedure too quickly. Happy Growing! Regards

and one last thing.... lol- just been reading through some of these posts... I was reading another post in which you alluded to a previous Girth enhancement surgery. Did you have FFT or allo previous, or was that regarding lig cut? (sorry if you mentioned it in this thread already) Thanks again, Regards

I think the base is primarily PMMA and they will taper it more evenly on round two. Def going in for round two at the 8 week mark. The only shot I have at it until this fall. Will wait at least 6 months for round three if I even need it. Will ask again for max ccs 20% - Girth is king!!!! I want 6.5 MSEG and close to 7 at the base now if I can get there. Not sure I can but my wife handles 6" and 6.5" with no problem. I don't know how we've had a successful sex life for so long prior to this. lol Still haven't told her but I'm sure she knows something and is just respecting my privacy. All I know is she grabs me and jumps my bones at every opportunity - thus the current swelling around circ scar - lol. I had a lig cut and one FFT procedure with Dr Giunta almost 2 years ago. I don't think the ring is going to be a problem with round one - it is pronounced right now due to swelling. I want to look just like EYC when it's all said and done! No change on my stats today - ditto yesterday. Have not experienced any itching yet but imagine thats coming. No pain either. Hardness around the entry points but I massage those frequently as Wade recommended I do that.
