Can somebody tell me the pros and cons
How much am I looking at spending for 1 round and are there payment plans available.

Personally I would budget about 3k for the trip. Aim high as there are always the unexpected expenses. 1500 for the PMMA itself, 750 for airfare, 750 for hotels. The Marriott in TJ might be cheaper, there was a thread about this earlier. If everything comes in under that, great. Just don\'t underestimate or you\'ll be hating life when travelling. All those fees and hospitality taxes add up plus meals, which are always more expensive around tourist areas.

What exactly are you desperate about? You are above average in length and right at the median in Girth. At 21 you may in all likelihood be still growing.What exactly needs correcting?

A man\'s penis can continue to grow into his early twenties, albeit at a slower rate. PMMA is a filler and is used as such in many countries. They do not offer cosmetic surgery financing. In my opinion, you are too young to risk any form of Phalloplasty. The choice is ultimately up to you of course. Also, it\'s not the west coast of the US where the procedure is done, it\'s in Mexico. PMMA, with the exception of Artefill, is illegal in the states and isn\'t approved by the FDA. You need to get a passport and cross the border to get it done.

Of course, you are entitled to any change you wish. But given your healthy stats, your apparent self-pity looks overdone, in my view.

I\'m going to go out on a limb here and emphasize the obvious... You have excellent stats Benjamin. Your penis is far longer than average and your Girth is well within the norm. You have every reason to believe your penis is of adequate size to please a woman. At 21, you are at the cusp of adulthood. Desperation is more befitting of a man facing his midlife crisis. I suggest you enjoy what you have for the time being and perhaps concentrate on improving your overall health which will in turn improve your quality of Erection. Phalloplasty is in a constant state of evolution although it is still in it\'s infancy. Great strides have been made in improving aesthetics, permanency and safety. New ground is being broken at record speed. Be patient. Superior methods of augmentation are around the corner.
