TOPIC: Hi guys im new here

I have a meeting with mr. wade and dr C on august 12th. I also am trying to meet with dr comacho for the lengthening on the same day. I am local to the area so I explained to them aesthetics is important as well as size and i dont mind multiple trips at all. I dont know my starting length or Girth because im too ashamed to even measure it. I will take some pictures today and with any luck have the courage to throw them up.

Welcome to the forum and good luck on your upcoming procedures! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. There are several people who have already had PMMA (fewer have experience with Dr. Comacho for lengthening). I\'d encourage you to look through their progress reports.

thanks skatezy im a bit apprehensive but weighing the pros and cons i feel that getting the procedures is the best answer for me psychologically. I am obsessed with the penis and size and i attribute a lot of it to watching porn and a lot of one night stands. I feel inferior in the bedroom which makes my performance lackluster at best, due to the lack of confidence. I\'m hoping this will help in that area.I\'m 28 years old and I think its now or never.

My personal advice would be to do as much research before you commit. If you are uncomfortable with your decision, you might want to wait and see. You only have one penis. Members seem to have tremendous results with PMMA, but I would remind you that there are no long term studies on the penis, so that\'s definitely something to consider. On the other hand, I understand that you are frustrated with your current situation so I wish you the best on your journey.

I can only congratulate you on taking the courageous step of looking further into this form of PE. I can understand not wanting to measure, I did so myself extremely reluctantly and only because it was asked of me from a distance by Dr C. I did a lousy job with the tape on purpose because it was too traumatic to face the hard numbers of a dreaded reality. So we are many here in the same boat as you so you are far from alone. Also these days women are in a quest for self satisfaction which makes our burden harder to bear than for earlier generations when men were not measured up primarily for their sexual abilities then relegated as less socially validated \"animal urges\". So we\'re both unlucky insofar as being greater victims of sexual discrimination due to size but also we\'re fortunate that at long last there are certain measures to change our dimensions at least in some ways, the important one in my book being Girth. So hang in there, you\'ve taken the right steps to regain control of the situation and will no doubt find some significant positive changes in much of your life as a consequence.

If possible, you may want to think about seeing a psychologist before deciding on the procedure. I only say this because you mentioned some psychological difficulty with this issue (one that many of us share). This difficulty may make it difficult to truly appreciate what you have AND what you may gain from surgery, because your mind may be playing tricks on you. I haven\'t had anything done myself, but the more I think about/research this issue, the more I think that a procedure would need to be one component of a more holistic approach. Best of luck!

Great advice everybody. I have been lurking on these boards for quite some time, and my decision is most def to move forward. I am more apprehensive about the lengthening procedure because it seems that not many have had it done, and even less with dr camacho. HunkChunk- I felt like you were describing me to a T with what you said. I read on one of your posts that you were getting the lengthening done with dr camacho as well, did that ever happen? if not what made you change your mind?

Go for it! I am planning on doing a combo procedure as well.. I can\'t wait to see bigwheels3535 results, he had surgery today! Has anyone heard anything about glans enhancement? I am aware that Dr. Rosenthal does it by injecting Juvederm Hyaluronic Acid gel. I talked to Dr. C and he says that\'s not permanent and he doesn\'t like the final results of how the glans looks. I\'d love to have 3 procedures done; lengthening, Girth and glans augmentation.. anyone has any comments? has anyone asked Dr. C to apply PMMA in the glans? wouldn\'t that be great? Thanks to all!!

According to Dr. C, PMMA in the glans would not be \"great,\" as he believes it would give a \"flowered\" appearance. Glans enhancement and consistently effective lengthening surgery are not well established.

I didn\'t go through with the combination procedure because Nurse Wade inquired for me and reported back that he only did the lig cuts through the pelvic region with scars. Only recently another member here reported getting it done through the scrotum, I had asked for that but was turned down only two months ago, so that\'s why it didn\'t happen. I think that if I return for a second session later, I will first try to mechanically stretch and then get both procedures done at the same time along with maybe scrotal webbing reduction if he throws it it at a decent surcharge since he\'s already in the scrotum.

We must be careful of one stop shopping if we\'re not sure of the results we can get. Quite a few of us have been scouting for a solution regarding glans enhancement. For those who had Girth enhancement there is a choice of a very tapered look or else the pig in a blanket effect. So many are motivated to find a solution and the only good results using Hyaluronic Acid injections are in Korea where their glans doesn\'t react as poorly as ours. And even for them where there is a modest measure of success this treatment must be renewed within 8 months to a year, glans size dwindling away gradually until its augmentation is all gone.
At present our best hopes are for either confirmed results from Dr Runels Platelet Rich Plasma vampire treatment where he reinjects your own doctored blood replete with healing properties, for which we have thus far only one positive report not knowing whether it is temporary or permanent, and the other hope resides in Dr Lemperle developing a new form of PMMA which has larger beads enabling \"Possibly\" the safe use of PMMA in the glans. FWIW.

Yeah, I definitely have my fingers crossed that Dr. C or Lamerle can come up with a solution for permenant glans enlargement, for symetry and aesthetics sake... plus having a fat knob wouldn\'t be bad

I used to think that for aesthetic reasons a longer unit was essential when you got Girth. Now I have revised my opinion. A shorter unit might even look bigger if it is thicker than it is long. However to look natural it is useful for the glans to be as large as the shaft if not larger, And the tapering of the shaft below the glans is a visual trick to reduce the discrepancy. So if could do only one I\'d go for glans enhancement, keeping lengthening for later, and this despite my quite short length. FWIW

I\'m thinking of going for the tapered look. Assuming a good glans enhancement procedure is found, I guess it would only be a matter of getting more PMMA treatment to go become cylindrical again?
