I have to admit right off the bat I am new here and just found this site last night, but I am forever grateful and have purchased a lifetime membership and will donate the refund from Elist to this site and continue to donate to ensure this site remains up and allows men to find the truth when it comes to PE.
Like many, I was interested in penile enhancement and upon a swift google search in February found a thing called Penuma which is inserted by a Dr. Elist. Seeing it featured in GQ, New York Post, and other magazines I immediately thought 'wow! Gone are the days of dangerous penis enhancement surgeries!' I thought I did a fair job at doing research and couldn't find a single negative outcome or review, aside from some men saying it 'got in the way because it was so big' (not too bad of a problem, right?). So I contacted the office.
Some back and forth ensued and finally March 30th I decided to place a deposit of $1,000 and scheduled my surgery for June 25th. I work in the oil and gas industry so time off is rare for me and I have been extremely excited to add 2-3' of
Girth and 1.5-2.5' of length (according to Cole - the rep at Dr Elists office). My problem isn't in thickness or
Erect length but instead my insecurity of my small penis while
Flaccid. I can't explain where the hell my
Dick hides at when I'm soft but it resembles a woodpecker looking out of a tree hole. It's weird and has always made me self conscious.
Anyways, last night at work something told me 'Tim this is all too good to be true. He touts a 95% success rate but where are the 5% of people who were unsuccessful and why wouldn't they review their experience? Surely it can't all be coughed up to improper after care procedures!' So I googled 'Penuma review Forum' and found the infamous Mustang Saga. I was hooked.
Reading page after page, reply after reply. Laughing at times, cringing at others, and wanting to not believe what I was reading. I tried to find every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't the actual implants fault. First I credited the date Mustang had it done, maybe 2011 was still a somewhat experimental year. Then I found MMs experience from the 90s. Then one from 2018 (don't remember the username) then another a year or two ago. Even the people who said they liked their implant ended up getting it removed. I said I think I've read enough.
Long story short, I eventually came to the conclusion that the negative outcomes far outweigh any potential positive effect of that. Dropping $15k (the current price for the Penuma) to see a decrease in
Erect length, extreme pain, and eventually a '4
Inch Jamaican banana' as brilliantly described by Mustang, is just not worth it. I'm so grateful and thankful for the members on this board and for the existence of this page and will do anything an everything I can to keep it running.
I've since started looking into
PMMA injections to see an increase in
Flaccid length and
Girth but I don't feel it would really help me achieve my goal of what I want in a
Flaccid penis. I guess maybe we are truly born with what we have and as the saying goes if it isn't broke don't fix it. I'm out $500 as Elist keeps half the deposit but I have a healthy
Dick, mental happiness, and the knowledge of not everything is as it seems. When you google Penuma this website needs to be the FIRST that shows up.
Thank you all for sharing your stories and helping one another out through difficult times and positive experiences with injections etc. Men shouldn't be ashamed to talk about penis enhancement and I feel like this place will be a great home for me. I didn't know there were so many men like me. Thanks again! If anyone is thinking about doing the Penuma I hope they find this place and listen to people who have actually had it done. If I decide to proceed with
PMMA I will ensure to post pre/post measurements and include pictures. Rah
