TOPIC: Decided it was time.. pmma at Avanti

Well after many years researching and looking into the almighty enlargement procedures I finally decided to go through with it . Just got it done this morning at 10am and I'm now at the hotel laying around wondering FFL it will really be this easy .. no real issues yet , I mean sure a couple of small spots I'm looking at of feeling about maybe need a little work but nothing really bad..
i started at
BPEL - 7.2
Erect Girth was 5.4 ish but my biggest issues was my glan was always larger and kinda over whelming at least in my eyes..

after surgery i havent measured yet becuase it's so swollen I know it's going to go down but my goodness it's looking pretty fat at the moments.. but I know it will lose a lot of it..

Also wanted to say these guys and girls are great , they really try to make you feel comfortable from start to finish and did a wonderful job. Super happy with who I chose to do this procedure!! I'll be seeing Ian again today before they close to her a check up and make sure everything is healing well. Thanks to everyone in this site for posting and making this an easy decision for me

How long are you staying? Did you get some of the other add ons? PRP etc..

yes sir, I did prp and light therapy. I have to leave tomorrow at 1pm just had my 1st checkup and Ian says everything is looking great.. I'm hoping so a smooth night and then tomorrow the all clear.. have to do light therapy tomorrow at 9am .
I'm hoping to stay over 6inches in Girth which should be a very reasonable goal with this procedure from my starting point. I saw your measurements and I think you and I started at nearly the same measurements.

Lots of swelling so I really won't know until after it's goes down as to what I'm looking at lol. I'm terrible at this massaging thing.. my technique does not seem to be very effective but I'm trying..

i fly back home today at 4pm I'm taking the meds they gave me along with vitamin c as well.
Just going to do my best and hope everything turns out great. Right now I'd say it's much larger than I want it to be but I'm sure once the swelling goes down it will be good.

Platelet Rich Plasma. Your blood is drawn prior to the procedure and spun in a centrifuge to isolate that part of your blood (plasma). It is then re-introduced to the site of the procedure.

It has been shown to improve and expedite the healing process.

I had the same feeling about being too big, It does come down. And it takes a while. I had to reaffirm my GF on an ongoing basis as she found it difficult to give oral or have sustained intercourse. I ballooned to 7.5\" Girth MS Erect at times. Now sitting at 6.3-6.5\"

this is right about what I'm experiencing. When I get Erect I can't wrap my hand around and touch my finger to my thumb.. it's super thick and the biggest part is actually the Foreskin area the first 1/3 of my penis that's nearest to the glan.
