TOPIC: Using TRIMIX

Using TRIMIX 3 weeks 6 days ago #1308724039

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to see you guys. I wanted to take a moment to inquire about the best way to use the injectable ED med Trimix given that I have the layer of PMMA. Do you guys have any recommendations on the best way to inject? Will I need to get a longer need give the extra layer of PMMA? Is there a “best place” to inject for people with PMMA?

no offense, but the best place is the ONLY place..... did your doctor not go over this with you ?

You need to get it into the CC, this can take some getting used to.

Well, if I decide to use it then I will order it online. They provide a video but that’s about it. I was hoping to get some more precise information from others who had filler and use TRIMIX.

Frank Talk has a great board for a lot of this info. But sadly not a lot of guys with filler.

I used a 31g 1.5inch needle. It'll take a some getting used to figure out the feeling for when you are in the CC. but once you know, you know and then you'll know when you miss as well.

So you go directly through the filler into the CC?

One last question. Where do you order your needles?

yes, the needle will push through all this easily, it just needs to be long enough

Your prescribing physician will go over all that with you and show you how to self-inject. It is not safe or advisable to order prescription ED medication online without a prescription and without having had a urologic evaluation to determine the cause of your ED and whether this particular medication is appropriate for you.

Totally understand the idea behind that comment — bigger + harder sounds like a shortcut to “level-up” sex. But in real life, PMMA (or any girth enhancement) + Trimix is not some aspirational combo for “the best sex of your life.” It’s a medical decision, and Trimix in particular is not a recreational add-on.

A few important points:
  • Trimix is a prescription ED medication intended for men who cannot reliably get/maintain an erection with safer options. It’s not meant to be a performance enhancer for healthy young adults.
  • Using Trimix without a board-certified urologist is genuinely dangerous. The biggest risk is priapism (an erection that won’t go down). That can become an emergency fast and can cause permanent erectile damage if not treated promptly.
  • There are other real risks: wrong dosing, poor injection technique, infection, bleeding/hematoma, scar tissue (fibrosis/plaques), and psychological dependence (“I can’t have sex without it”).
  • Girth enhancement isn’t a “two rounds and done” lifestyle flex. Permanent fillers require careful patient selection, conservative planning, and realistic expectations. The goal is a safe, aesthetic, functional outcome, not chasing extremes.
If someone is considering injections for erections at any age, the right move is simple: get evaluated by a board-certified urologist, confirm you actually have ED (or another treatable issue), and only use medications that are prescribed and supervised.

And for anyone reading this: an erection lasting 4 hours or longer is a medical emergency = go to the ER.
