@younggun3 who wouldnt want to get 2 rounds of PMMA and hop on trimix to have the best sex of his life
Totally understand the
idea behind that comment — bigger + harder sounds like a shortcut to “level-up” sex. But in real life,
PMMA (or any girth enhancement) + Trimix is not some aspirational combo for “the best sex of your life.” It’s a medical decision, and Trimix in particular is not a recreational add-on.
A few important points:
- Trimix is a prescription ED medication intended for men who cannot reliably get/maintain an erection with safer options. It’s not meant to be a performance enhancer for healthy young adults.
- Using Trimix without a board-certified urologist is genuinely dangerous. The biggest risk is priapism (an erection that won’t go down). That can become an emergency fast and can cause permanent erectile damage if not treated promptly.
- There are other real risks: wrong dosing, poor injection technique, infection, bleeding/hematoma, scar tissue (fibrosis/plaques), and psychological dependence (“I can’t have sex without it”).
- Girth enhancement isn’t a “two rounds and done” lifestyle flex. Permanent fillers require careful patient selection, conservative planning, and realistic expectations. The goal is a safe, aesthetic, functional outcome, not chasing extremes.
If someone is considering injections for erections at any age, the right move is simple:
get evaluated by a board-certified urologist, confirm you actually have ED (or another treatable issue), and only use medications that are
prescribed and supervised.
And for anyone reading this:
an erection lasting 4 hours or longer is a medical emergency = go to the ER.
