What product do you use for Hanging specifically? I am struggling to find anything and there are so many scams out there. Erect I am 7”-7.25” long and 6.25” Girth if that matters for picking an extender

For Hanging specifically I've used a TM. I will say after my current round of PMMA settles in I intend on switching to Bibs Hanger.
For an ads I use a penimaster pro with the green suction tube and the leg strap. I work outside in a physically demanding job and wear it daily.
