I use the 3” silicone Mega X-tension Fantasy extensions elite. Something else may work, but you need the large solid element in the tip.
Disclaimer- This is intense and it might effect EQ and sensation negatively. The gains have been quick and honestly it makes me nervous. You have been warned.
What to expect: I have experienced completely permanent results with this method with no return even with several weeks off at a time. The length increase is gradual but seems to occur even within one session. A new record during a session translates to a new, permanent length increase. However the length at the end of the session is usually 1 to .5 CM longer than the permanent. I suspect ligaments and tendons (fundiform and suspensory) are being stretched, not the penis itself. I suspect the method involves permanent stretching of fundiform and suspensory ligaments or others (less likely), essentially pulling the penis outside the body.
Role of
HA: As I have done the stretching, I have noticed where the
HA used to have a solid almost square boundary where it stopped surrounding the penis. The
HA started moving towards the body and the penis started getting slightly thinner in circumference and not as thick at the base. I attribute to this redistributing itself deeper as the penis is pulled out. It may also prevent the penis from retracting as it gets stopped by the fundiform ligament (see anatomy diagram). However, until several people without
HA try this, we won’t know the answer.
Directions
1) Measuring
a) While standing, using a tailors measure, dig the end as deep into the pubic bone as possible with one hand and squeeze the glans and pull the penis as long as possible.
b) Do this 4 times (pull to maximum) and on the 4th time pull as hard as possible while digging in as hard as possible. It takes time for the penis to relax enough to achieve full length.
c) Do this 4 times and take the longest measurement you get as the final measurement
d) It is important to get the maximum possible length each time to track progress.
e) The maximum length after a stretching session is usually .5 to 1CM over the length after relaxation and some of it is edema.
1) Put on the extender
a) Lube the extender to insert the front piece. Make sure the front piece is all the way in the front and there is no air. Allow this to dry out, could take a day. If it is coming out from suction there is too much lube and it needs to dry out
b) Insert
Erect lubed penis
c) Put your fingers in a ring and squeeze all air out from around the glans. As much air must be out of the system as possible.
2) Guidelines
a) Do everything slowly including letting off tension
i) The front piece is not perfectly shaped to the glans and skin can be damaged or irritated by it. It will heal, but edema is virtually guaranteed
(1) I have had some nerve irritation or damage from this at the worst of it
ii) You will have to use force and you will feel significant tension and slight pain, just make sure its not sharp pain.
b)Force
i) 2.5 kg average force
ii) Not exceed 5 kg equivalent on spring scale
c) Duration and breaks
i) Not more than 5 min any sustained stretch, it is preferable to give short relaxations every minute or so. Let the blood back in.
ii) After each stretch return to an unstretched position for a minimum of 30 seconds. For longer sessions add several longer breaks of several minutes
iii) No more than 1.5 hours per session
iv) I have not done more than 3 sessions per day, morning, midday and evening
v) I tend to do intense periods of several times a day for 3-5 days followed by breaks, mostly for logistical rather than theoretical reasons.
vi) I still recommend a week off every 2 weeks minimum.
vii) Do not exceed .5 CM gain over a 2 week rolling period. If you get .5 in one week take the next week off. Give nerves and arteries time to adjust.
3) Main exercise 1 probably stretches Fundiform and suspensory ligaments
a) While keeping mild tension pull the extension to the side under the buttocks while the leg is up. Very gradually lower the leg while holding and apply tension as the leg lowers
i) Tension can be added by pushing the leg into the mattress, raising the opposite leg, or squeezing the gluts.
4) Foot strait pull exercise 2 (strongest and maybe dangerous can generate a lot of force)
a) Use a shoestring or some other rope and use a tightening knot. Start affixing to the feet by starting the knot on the inner ankle of the foot closest to the side of the knot. See the photo for partial example. The goal is to create an X shape on both feet.
5) Side Knee exercise (might target ischiocavernosus attachments)
6) Standing attached to the knee stretches (be careful can produce a lot of force)
I recommend stretch 1 for the first 2 weeks.
Then 60% stretch 1, 20%, and 20% as you see fit.

I discovered this method by accident when my girlfriend mentioned she could achieve cervical orgasms and I purchased an extender to surprise her with and see if it was possible. Turns out it's not so easy as just poking the cervix, but I discovered that by placing the extender under my leg I could get a strong sustained stretch.
