Curious to hear from folks on here who are looking to increase length. I know a handful of folks have mentioned using it along with other regimens, but none have responded or reported anything since they mentioned it.
It seems popular on the GettingBigger subreddit, and until more people try it, it's more-or-less another extender, no apparent novel leap here. I do like its simplicity and seemingly robust design, but I don't have it in front of me to hold, much less test. My only concern was his last statement before concluding the video that guys with turkey neck won't find the unit prohibitive... which is a problem because you don't want to find yourself stretching already excess (and needless) skin. I would tell anyone with turkey neck (penoscrotal webbing) to get it surgically removed first before trying these devices as not to exacerbate the condition.
As for reviews, you are more likely to find them on GettingBigger (Reddit) or Thundersplace, but it would be nice to see some posted here as well .
@Skeptical_One . Your words are always encouraging. I did in fact search on Thundersplace and found nothing. And when searcing the 'net came across the reddit you mentioned, but it's mostly controlled by the folks who are in a lot of ways marketing it. Some of the guys on here mentioned buying it and I really like that affordable and not the flimsy version of the Phallosan made in China. It is massive and has an opening, so i would think for thick guys getting it into the sleeve wouldnt hurt. Even the male extender guy endorses it because you could use his device with it - not that I would because I have PMMA and the clamping would damage it for sure. Looking forward to any suggestions. I'm also down to give it a try for 3 months and report back progress, if any. Just wanted to get a sense from others on here if there's any chance for gains. I've used the chinese made version of the phallosan extender with no luck, the zen hanger, and the male extender clamp device each for about 3 months time (at different times) with no luck. I think the only device that improved me was the hydrobath, which gave me a thicker member. I used to pump and then jelq and use a cock ring for months and gained about .4 inches in girth and had super rock hard erections. I'm really hoping I could gain some length and then schedule a second round with Avanti Derma later this year.
I have a similar extender. You can get more tension than with most other styles. The Restorex I think maxes out at 6 lbs. I have a phallosan and it probably can't do more than 3 or 4 lbs of tension. My issue has been getting blisters from the vacuum cups, which is probably from trying to get too much tension with them. I can get more tension without the worry of blisters using a compression Hanger with the extender. I am hoping to get some new gains since I feel like I had plataued a long time ago. I think it takes consistency and a lot of time stretched. I have the "steel cord" that seems to be my biggest limiting factor.
Yeah I tried the vacuum pump a few years ago and suffered the same with blisters. It freaked me out so I stopped using it. About 6 months before my AD journey I used the clamp with a pulley hang but saw no difference. If anything, I think it just provided me with more solid erections. How long ago did you start Hanging with the Apex? Are you tracking progress?
I'm using the "Best Extender", which is kind of a copy of the Apex. I've had it for 3-4 months but not as consistently probably needed. Getting 2 separate glans blisters from the vacuum cup hasn't helped. I'm not really tracking progress but if there's been any gains it's minimal. I think you'd really have to give consistent effort for more rhan 6 months to see any gains, especially after any newbie gains. I admittedly lack the patience necessary and sometimes push it too hard. If you decide to get the Apex and use the vacuum cups I would advise to use the "water trick" for the vacuum and keep the tension no more than 8 lbs for a month or more and keep it under 10 lbs after that. Perv, the creator of the Apex, apparently does 90 minutes most days but you probably need to work up to that too.
I have the Apex but not much time with it just yet. The biggest benefits I see with it over typical times extenders are its versatility (pair it with generic vacuum cup, MaleHanger, Fenrir Wrecking Ball by M9, whatever you prefer), the tension system allowing up to 20 pounds of pulling force, ability to fix it at any angle from straight up to straight down, and the open base allowing you to wear it behind the Balls if you wish which I find very comfortable.
That being said, all PE tools take a while to get dialed in so I haven’t been able to use it much since I haven’t been able get a good seal with generic vac cups, and I’m still green with the Wrecking Ball so I can’t endorse those yet. The MaleHanger I personally find uncomfortable but ymmv.
My favorite extender, while way overpriced is the Penimaster Pro. I have the most experience with this system and find the gland cup comfortable and quick to put on and remove. I’ve replaced the stock springs (which provide up to 2.5# force iirc) with springs that give 8-10# of force.
Yeah! I started with an ADS stretcher when I was Circumcised but either it would slip off or I'd suffer from blisters. I then tried the zen Hanger but didn't find it as useful because the tension wasn't strong enough in my opinion. Plus unlike the ADS stretcher that uses a leg wrap and cord tied closely to your leg, the Zen Hanger would swing around too much and didn't provide nearly enough force. I mean, who's going to wear a 10-lb weight under your pants and it not be conspicuous? During that time too, my job required me to drive around different places, so it just got annoying how often I'd have to adjust it. After I got circumsized I switched to the malehanger and as much as I wanted it to work, it didn't give me any gains. My new gig is mostly a desk job so during the pandemic I was able to wfh and just sit with it for several sessions within a day. But still no gains. I'm wondering if I've reached my max length that was "tucked" inside me and simply won't produce any results. Unless the Apex Extender helps you break that plateau and push past your limits. Thanks for the suggestion on the Best Extender. I've not heard of it and will look it up!

Do you measure pre and post BPFSL? I think it’s a newer school of thought vs time under tension, popularized by the moderators on the gettingbigger subreddit, or rather that’s where I learned about it (I’m not a member of thunders or pegym etc so maybe it originated elsewhere). The idea is to target a “fatigue” rate of 2-3%, for example: this morning I measured 17.5cm then post extending I measured 18.0cm.
18.0/17.5 = 1.028 or 2.8%
This was after two 30 minute sets the Penimaster Pro at 8# with a heat pad wrapped around the shaft, if you were curious. I really like this quantifiable way of PE which gives you a target, you know if you need to adjust variables to up the force or add another set etc.
I started extending again on January 3rd after pumping only for about a year and started at 16.5 BPSFL pre workout, which might be some newb gains but I’ll take it.
Interesting! I'd have to consider this approach. I need to investigate it more though, I don't fully understand the approach. I know each day differs too as far as EQ. Some folks also swear by curbing coffee (like caffeine) but I just need it to get through a work day. I'm leaning towards getting one. I'm thinking that maybe I'll give it a shot and by June, if I gained anything, then I'd consider another round of PMMA. Otherwise, I'm stuck with an average length thick penis. No loss on my end! but the longer, the better I think (which I believe in my head means more room for filler).
I have the apex. I like the idea of Hanging, but not the actual ways you have to find to hang at different angles using pulleys. I am hoping this will be a decent work around. I got a clip that gives an estimate of pound of pressure of the spring tension. I have worked up to 5lbs and am trying to get at least one hour a day. Then going into an ADS as long as I can. I haven’t been using it long yet. Should start logging it here soon. I am gonna try and stay between 5 and 6 lbs for as long as I can for an 60-90 minutes a day. 5 days/week. Mostly time and family are my limiting factors. If I lived alone, I could easily be in it for 2 hours daily. It’s been almost a month with mostly consistent use. But I started off lower tension and time. 3lbs and about 40 minutes / 5 days a week. I am uncircumcised and hoping this will help “grow into the extra skin” I can set it up so I’m pulling on the ligs and not my Foreskin using a vacuum cup. I have so far not had issues with blisters.
